I have used Dynamic for a number of years now to handle my property. Always professional and keep me updated with any issues. Most recently they were excellent at getting my property rennovated and finding a new tenant.

Having been let down by a previous agent I have found Dynamic superb in managing my Portfolio, they have exceeded my expectations. From the onset Fiona has been superb, communication and ownership have stood out.

I have dealt mostly with Olivia. She’s been great and patient with my many questions. Everything went so smoothly and easy.

Had a conversation with Mike Young from Dynamic Properties and as usual blamed me a tenant in a building for his incompetence as a property manager/He Attempts to manage but does extremely poor job!Just read the reviews or better meet him you can be the judge on his behavior as a property Manager!! You will not find one good comment about this owner/manager

Excellent company, great efficient service and really helpful

This company is wonderful to work with, especially Shirley who was always there and helped us when trying to buy a property through them. Unfortunately the buy didn't go through as the vendor was a tad difficult to deal with and things fell down, but if you could give an award for patience and endeavouring to keep everybody happy Shirley is your girl!! THANK YOU
