Was mis lead into paying 20 twice a month for a subscription to have landlords contact me directly not one contact was made nor was there any relevant property’s sent to me was just a big scam in my eyes and took money from me for atleast 3- 4 months 20 every week sometimes and even 20 on one day and then 20 the next day absolute scam will never be using this site again pure fraud for someone who is trying to find a home to live in

Managed to take out money after many attempts...
They say the terms are clear on what's charged and when, but in reality, its just a smallprint advising an extortionate £20 every 2 weeks.
I transferred all my money to my other accounts and they then charged me double after I thought i was free after the 15th attempt to take £20 out. They took £40 out of my account, which in reality should've been cancelled completely with its overlapping failed renewals. As a subscription service charging every 2 weeks, it should be fair practice to remind a customer when a subscription is about to be renewed.
I took this to customer service, which they said its "clearly in their terms" which your terms doesn't state that you can overlap a failed renewal or be in arrears.
I will now be taking this to my bank, expecting a chargeback for
