Car Badges Great Quality
Ordered 100 car badges for our Club and was very happy with artwork and communication and the badges arrived in the time scale provided, impressive when it’s this busy Christmas time. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the mounting hardware wasn’t complete, missing nuts and provided bolts were to short for most old car grills. Minor issue very happy the quality of the enamel big improvement on our old badges and will regalia stock for many years but still very affordable, will sell them for affordable $25 each.

Branded Marquee - no frame arrived
I ordered a branded marquee that we required for a large project demonstration day we were hosting. I ordered allowing enough time for it to arrive based on the production times indicated on the website. The canopy arrived on time, but we still have not received the frame and it is now a month past our event date. I wasn't notified that it was going to be delayed and had to follow up multiple times, no one had proactively reached out to me. The solution I was given was to buy a Bunnings marquee and to add the canopy on top. This was an extra cost and was poor quality. I would have preferred to cancel my order if I had known there were no frames in the country.

The customer service was good
The customer service was good, a little too robotic at times though, when asking questions, a generic response was always received and I would then have to ask the same question again before they actually answered what I was asking. The air fresheners look amazing, they were quick to be designed and quick to be made and shipped, the only problem is, the scent doesn’t last any longer than a couple of days….
