Great products, great service
Richard was a great help! He provided all quotes asked for quickly, answered all my questions and was able to organise the order quickly so it arrived in time! Product arrived as described and is great quality. The only shame is that they are individually wrapped in plastic.

Lack of Scent - Car Air Fresheners
Jason provided excellent service and delivery, however we were disappointed with the quality of the car air fresheners we ordered - the scent lasted less than a week!

The quality of the product was fine but after checking multiple times, requesting expedited delivery, and being assured it would be delivered on time, it arrived late after when they were required for the presentation.

The service from the beginning was…Impersonal and frustrating
The service from the beginning was impersonal and email reply's seemed automated and did not address my specific queries. I asked questions about other products I needed and did not get any response. My order was taking a very long time and had to enquire several times about its process and was lied to by the sales person as it seemed the order was forgotten. I still haven't got a response about another enquiry I made which was back at the start of November.
