The sales rep I communicated with, Natasha, was amazing. I was very delayed in my commitment after the quote, however she did not harrass me, and once we had decided to use Dynamic Gift Australia, Natasha was very quick and efficient in getting our order processed and delivered. The product was also exactly as we needed, which I had thought would be difficult as I was trying to colour match an existing product from another company. Thank you very much for the great service.

I paid for a rush order (5-7 days) and the order was delayed for over 4 weeks.

And when I finally received the product, the colour was not what was approved and the print had run.

I have since emailed the team several times and no resolution - VERY DISAPPOINTED

Needed the product for a major event being held and was assured my urgent delivery time would be met.
The order arrived two days after the event took place. When followed up with the sales representative they were dismissive and advised they could not control the freight company (the order left the factory in China the day before the delivery deadline so was clearly not going to arrive in Australia in time).

Where do I begin - it was a rough experience.

I had to chase up information and follow up repeatedly. Placed an order and raised a hard deadline before their holiday closure. Didn't come back to me till the new year with an ETA that was way after the deadline. Had to chase for a print proof even though it was promised, then realized the artwork was completely skewed compared to the virtual proof and artwork file itself.

They - very thankfully - did a replacement order, although the sales rep didn't respond nor provide information about whether there would be another proof sent nor delivery details. Sent 3 follow up emails over 2 weeks to no response, then the product was dispatched with no communication.

I'm just hoping it's turned out alright. It was a really disappointing experience.

After discovering and initial issue the team were more than willing to work with me to resolve the issue promptly.

The badges are good and good value. Delivery was later than hoped for.

The order process was detailed and early management of the process did not match the information level required to be submitted.
Management changes were made and process completed smoothly.
I feel more staff training and backup is needed to master the fairly complicated ordering process.

Mixture of great communication and lousy! The end product is solid but it was unnecessarily delayed which derailed the job significantly. The customer shouldn't need to repeatedly follow up the staff member but in my experience, this would be the only way that the company were accountable to things they'd agreed to.

From start to finish the assistance from the Dynamic Team was fast, efficient, and professional. I was completely blown away by the speedy arrival of the items, and the gazebo and fitted tablecloths are of top-notch quality.
