It's been 7 weeks since I made the order for 100 challenge coins. And it would appear they have not even been commenced being dispatched. Insure if they have even commenced being manufactured.
It's been 7 weeks since I made the order and the Web site indicated about 4 weeks. At this stage I have had no indication that they have been even manufactured.

Perfect artwork and custom printing but the scent was definitely not "new car smell" and only lasts 3 days. Basically a decoration after a few days.

Odd mistakes and customer service
Ordered some condoms with custom sleeves for a health service. The order arrived with empty sleeves - with no condoms inside! While the initial response over the phone was apologetic, a later email claimed that we had ordered the sleeves without condoms, and therefore nothing would be done.
After we provided the invoice and receipts of our order - clearly showing condoms included - we had to chase up over phone and email multiple times before they agreed to take the sleeves and fill them with condoms as originally ordered.
We had some issues with the delivery as well - the delivery person kept saying "delivery attempted/failed" when they hadn't even entered the building. The condoms were delivered too late for the event we had originally ordered them for, which was disappointing, given how far in advance we had ordered them.
Printing quality and the condoms themselves are fine, at a lower cost than competitors.

One fail along the way - result still great
Getting in touch with them was easy, they replied quickly which I appreciate. I ordered tie clips with our company logo - unfortunately their first batch were turned the wrong way and only suitable for women's blouses. They gave me a 50% discount on the second batch to make it up and that one arrived just as ordered - the right way for men's dress shirts. The tie clips look great and will be a great addition to our uniform.
Could have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the mess up of which way a men's shirt buttons up...
