Great quality product and great service. The team made it so easy to mock up and change the design and it was delivered quicker than expected, even with public holidays during that time.

Looks like our order has been forgotten. Sent a couple of e-mails to enquire about progress that didn't get a reply. Phoned directly in the end after around 5 weeks after paying. Not sure why the delay, normally the company very good but on this instance, really poor. Not sure if will use again?

Over-promised, under delivered.
Ordered Pens, Travel Cups and Umbrellas for a key marketing event and as part of the initial sales call, I asked if there was sufficient lead time for the things I wanted. I was assured that there would be, being 4 weeks out. But unfortunately, we did not get the umbrellas delivered on time and it only came after 5 weeks.
Pens and cups were delivered over two weeks. Print wise, it was good. Merch-quality wise, I was disappointed, but they looked true to the visuals so this part is on me for my selection.
