Very easy transaction and fast delivery of goods.

ALL CLUBS - BEWARE IN DEALING WITH "Dynamic Gift" as they are thieves, rogues & vagabonds. We ordered lapel badges for a very special Sunbury Football Netball Club Presentation after discussion on the artwork with the Company’s Managing Director, I approved it & paid nearly $400 up front; when we received the badges, they were not as approved or ordered, some of the script was etched & illegible, when it was to be cast, this meant they could not be used, we tried to contact the Company’s Managing Director numerous times by phone & sent many emails requesting they be replaced, eventually he sent a email advising he could replace them, but we would have to pay his costs to do so & the reproduction of replacements would not meet our Event deadline, we were then left with no choice but to get them made elsewhere to meet our deadline & we never received a refund or apology for something that was categorically Dynamic Gifts fault !

Awesome product at a great price. Really love them. My only gripe is that the scent isn't strong enough. Kind of only lasts a day. But that is a minor detail.

Everyone is telling us the air freshners only last the day and no longer smell the next day. Sadly, we've noticed the same - a disappointment :( The scent is extremely weak

First time ordering and our order was incorrectly addressed and we had our order sent to SA and their order sent to us in QLD.
I questioned the colour of the print as our logo background is black and we were referred by an existing customer, and side by side ours was not black - not able to do anything about it apparently.
Just recently ordered more and they don't smell the same, ordered New Car scent, but they smell like grass?
We also receive a LOT of emails during the ordering process but never the invoice so I have to chase it up.
I think after trying three times, my next order I will take elsewhere.

My company placed an order for Christmas presents last year. We placed the order in October last year and they said we would receive them before Christmas, they arrived many months late and we couldn't gift them to our clients. When we opened the cricket bats they were not anything a like the mock they sent us, the custom design was stuck on with small stickers, electrical tape on the bats and half of it was missing signage. After many many months emailing & calling we have managed for the company to pick them up after they refused to refund us, to "fix them" and now they won't reply to our emails/ correspondence. This wasn't just a $50 order it was over $6k... So if you are seeing this dynamic gifts, can you please respond to my emails? Thanks...

good quality stock, fast delivery, great communication

Had to chase the order up when it hadn't arrived. There was an item out of stock, so the order just sat there waiting, we were not contacted. Almost missed the event we purchased the items for! This was quickly sorted once I made contact, however the substitute the item was replaced with was nowhere near as good, and as a result didn't sell at our fundraiser.

Staff responded to questions promptly and with courtesy - always very helpful and good at "keeping us in the loop" whilst progressing an order. Goods arrived by the estimated date, and were as expected.
