My order was quick from start to end. All products purchased were of great quality and would recommend Dynamic gits to others

it took 3 weeks to get a reply after submitting an order. I had to follow up to get a response. Once they sent the artwork through for checking it was an artwork submission from 12 months prior, so this resulted in further wait times. It took six weeks to receive the order after first purchase request was sent.

Personalised approach. Was very patient when we discussed multiple revisions and was able to suggest products that fit our needs. Products that arrived were well made and made our event feel special.

At first I didn't receive the product, and wrote a 1 star review. But the team at Dynamic Gift got onto it and today I received the item. Thanks Dynamic Gift! I'm now a happy customer

Took f-o-r-e-v-e-r! Auto generated responses throughout and when I queried the colour, I was wrong, and they turned up in the colour I didn't want. Not cheap and I paid for 'artwork' which was just typing out 4 words....seriously. Never ever ever again...

This was our second time ordering a marquee. The quality of the product is good. However, we were very clear on the timeframe we required the item by. The item did not arrive on time and despite agreeing to a refund we have not received one and they continue to ignore you when you follow them up. I would personally shop elsewhere as there is no accountability when they stuff up and no commitment that you will receive the item in the timeframe required.

We use this company heaps. Only to be stuffed around on two orders in a row. They are good to deal with until they stuff up and take no accountability. Strongly recommend staying clear.
