It could have been poor communication between us, but the medals are not that great. The bars are crooked on the ribbons and will need gluing into place. The ribbons are badly creased and will need ironing. Three of the medals have the ring in the wrong place. We did not receive all of the bars and the emblem is not great.

Dynamic Gift Australia was able to get us custom made mudflap coasters with our company logo on them and they are amazing. Everyone loves them. They look just like mudflaps and the quality is exceptional.

I would give you 3/5 because you seem to not understand my emails re my order . You sent me the wrong sized presentation cases . i had to return them to you and it cost our Club $12.00 in postage . You did reimburse our Club for the cost of the Cases and Postage/GST re $44.80 . . Thankyou for that . Generally a bit difficult to deal with . Rob .

They got the brief, made an interpretation which was incorrect regarding shadows over a logo.

This wasn't clearly shown on the final sign off, as it looked like the name was going to be silver, instead it was a pattern. When called out after the item arrived, they said the reference photo had shadows, they didn't, I sent the reference photos back to them to show me where the shadows were, no response.

I called put the the engraving around the side of the coin was on the bottom only, not around the coin as shown on their website. No response. Happy to follow up when they know the money is coming, do nothing to service the customer when they got something wrong.

Save your time and find someone else to do the challenge coins, they come out of China, so it's all the same factory doing it. If this was a success, I would have done more business, up to $30k, guess I'll spend it with someone else.
