Dyper Reviews 

We started with Dyper from newborn. Then around 7 months we switched to regular store bought (huggies and Pampers) because we weren't composting the Dyper brand anyway and it was cheaper. Man, were we wrong. She had never once gotten a diaper rash and she barely needed to be wiped while using the Dyper diapers she was always completely dry when I changed her. When we switched to store bought her diaper rashes were so bad that she shrieked in pain, I had never heard that kind of anguish from her. She would lock her legs and tighten her butt for however long she had to. It was horrifying to experience and I feel so bad that she experienced that because we wanted to save $40. We bought a months worth of Dyper to use when she had rashes and they always cleared up. So, we'll be using Dyper until she doesn't need diapers anymore. Saving $40 is not worth the amount of pain those rashes from store bought diapers cause. It's so so terrible to witness.
And no, we did not leave diapers on for extended periods of time. We've been on top of whenever she needs to be changed. It is what it is. Read the labels. Store bought has chemicals in them, and we thought, "Eh it's cool, lots of other people use them."
Well, lots of other people's babies have diaper rash. No more for my daughter.
Seriously, if money is a problem stop buying coffee. Or getting your nails done. Or ordering out. There has to be SOMETHING you can give up to afford these. I can't recommend these diapers enough.

If I could give no stars I would. This company is a joke. I started a subscription and after was looking at their different policies, from subscription management, shipping, cancelations, etc. I never gave my order number, which their item system says IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELATIONS. The next day they canceled me order saying "oh well I know our system says you need all this to cancel but you looked up cancel policy so we canceled your order, you'll get your money back in 3 to 5 days, but if you want to reorder you can". Seriously this is a joke. Now I have to wait until MY MONEY gets refunded and get different diapers, because I sure as hell an not going to risk them doing this, or worse, again. I can see why they have an F rating with the BBB.

They took over our regional diaper compostable service and honestly they’ve been terrible. Once they sent 5 months of diapers instead of 1 and blamed the customer. You can’t return even unopened diapers. The subscription is every month. It’s expensive and they have terrible support options. No phone, just text, and email and it seems to be one person. Their philosophy seems to be the customer is always wrong. I try to make the environmental friendly choice but I’m going to go back to a regional option (Tiny Tots for SF Bay Area). So sad they ruined Earth Baby. Also the diapers and service is about x4 more expensive than you’d pay at Costco / Walmart and the like but the premium was worth it for the better environmental impact…but getting treated terribly was not!
