Unfortunately 2 weeks after the product arrived the decoration de laminated from the ring, my partner has swapped rings with the local branch, they were very helpful.

We are very sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your gorgeous bag from us.
We did send it out the day you purchased it. We have just spoken with post haste - they apologised profusely, they have had significant delays in Wellington with deliveries at the moment. They are onto it now and it will be sent out today, they were very sorry as they think the courier must have just missed it, as we do understand it did not have to go far up the road at all. We hope you enjoy the bag when it finally does arrive.
So-so
Solid and sturdy ring. Comfortable to wear when ring is tight. Unless your finger is the same size from knuckle to base, the weight of the ring will mean it moves a lot during the day. Hair gets caught in the join. The Compliment styles look a bit cheap but ideal if you like chunky rings.

Disappointed in Quality, Advertising and Packaging.
Hello, I was very disappointed for a couple of reasons. I ordered a necklace from you - thought I was purchasing a Dyrberg / Kern necklace, turns out it's a Joidart one... it didn't say anything about this on the website, so I only discovered this when it arrived. I had never heard of this brand, and it was not what I was expecting to receive. The quality was not as good as the Dyrbery / Kern one I already have.
Also the packaging was poor - a crappy cardboard box that was squashed. Felt like I needed to find a new box at home as it looked so stink.
This was a gift for someone special, so I was very disappointed.

They are always discrete, allowing you to browse at will, but are very attentive when you require assistance.
