Jewelry arrived well packaged and quickly.

I received my earrings in the courier in good time however they were packaged in a smallish ring sized box and the earrings were a little longer. There was also no protection within the box to stop the earrings from moving around. Im not sure if this made the issue worse but the earrings had x10 stones missing when I first opened them. I have sent an email to you on 01 March and had no reply, 9 days later. So Ive paid $89 for earrings that I can not wear and had no feedback from you other than x2 prompts to rate you service. I ignored the first one, to give you a chance to fix the problem but since I still havent heard, I am posting this now.

Couldn't be happier with the amazing service I received from Taylah. Few hiccups with initial order, but Taylah went above and beyond to fix it. My earrings arrived and are more beautiful than what I could've imagined (pictures don't do justice!)

I have bought Dyrberg Kern jewellery from my local Dyrberg Kern store for many years. The service is always outstanding and any issue I've had which is few and far betwewen have been resolved immeditely. The lovely staff have even hand delivered my purchase on theri way home from work when they've been going past. Faultless service and stunning jewellery that stands the test of time. No piece has worn out yet which is why I keep adding to my collection.

Courier delivery was slow but was between Xmas & New Year so was to be expected.
