Happy with my folding ebike
Not living in Melbourne, my interaction with Dyson Bikes was over the phone chatting to David, who was very helpful and non-pushy. We arranged for a bike to be sent up to (another) David at Cookie Cycles in Canberra so that I could try it out. I liked it, so bought it, but there was no pressure on me to do so. It's the 2025 model 24inch folding ebike. I've since done 350km on it and it has performed well. I use full power on only the really steep hills, and zero power on the flat. At its first (free) service the derailleur needed adjusting since it was jumping gears, but I believe this is normal for new bikes due to cable stretching. I recommend the bike and the company.

Ortlieb Spares and Accessories
I was after a part that I was having difficulty finding (a spare part for my Ortlieb handlebar bag). Dyson Bikes had it, at a competitive price. Customer service was great, and the cost of shipping reasonable. I received the item after just a few days. I will certainly keep Dyson Bikes in mind in future.
