Usually a refund to my account processes the same day with Everyone else. Two days later I'm still waiting. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Matty, I am not sure what more we can do for you?
You placed a small order for a Bike Bell at $29.50 and paid by credit card then asked us to cancel the following morning.
We actioned within hours of your request and absorbed the merch fee which we still need to pay for processing the transaction.
We use Stripe.com, (as do many large global companies like BMW, H&M, Uber and many more) to process the transaction and to refund back to you. We do not have control over how long this process takes. Stripe suggest it will take a few days which, we had advised you of already.
How are our actions "DODGY as hell"?
Dyson bikes are awesome.
Dyson bikes were excellent to deal with, they communicated really well and the bicycle was delivered promptly and in great condition. I use my bike as a daily rider back and forth to work. I've had it nearly two years and all it needs is a service and perhaps a new chain. On the downside, the bikes seat has collapsed on one side, so I'll have to get a new one soon. But overall both the Dyson and the Dyson team have been outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well built dependable e bike.

Very very good. Great team, very friendly and helpful. I am thankful indeed, for all the effort and time the Dyson Bikes team spent for me. I ordered a specific duffle and they did everything possible to ship it to Hamburg (Germany). And everything went wright thanks to the great team from Dyson Bikes. No doubt about it, I would always recommend Dyson Bikes because they deserve it and earned it and because they are really electric. Once again, thank you very-very much to all members of the electric team from Melbourne AU!
