Great customer service. I had to contact Zak learning for some support and I was extremely happy with the service I received. My emails were answered promptly and when I called, Lennie was more than helpful and went above and beyond.

I had a big problem trying to figure out why this wouldn’t work then I read all the 5* comments I am so glad I rang Like helped me so much with my problem.I already had a Microsoft word from work on my laptop but I’ve left the company and didn’t know I had to delete this one. Lenny is a complete star. He dealt with a problem I had downloading my purchase, which was caused by my computer, professionally and efficiently. He's extremely knowledgeable and was cheerful and entertaining throughout. I thoroughly recommend this company.

The installation setup was actually very easy. Had I known the difference between the Word App and Word online or thereabout I may have managed it on my own.. However, the process is very simple if you follow instructions carefully!!

Lennie was very helpful and finished the process for me.

Excellent service in spite of overly complex issues in installing the Microsoft Office suite of programmes
I had followed MS instructions and ended up with a screen in a Slovak or Polish language unable to verify the product key but it was quickly sorted by the Zak learning expert.

The software provided was very good, and a reasonable price.

I had trouble installing Office 2019 with the Product Key that was sent, so contacted Zak Learning for support. Lennie got in touch and was so helpful. It was all sorted very quickly and I didn't have to wait long at all for the issue to be sorted. Would highly recommend this service.
