Simple and easy to use. Tried Jackson Hewitt and HR Block first.

What made my experience great is I didn’t have to do anything but put in my w2 information and answer the questions and the software did EVERYTHING which made it a lot easy with no frustration and filing is FREE and it also stores your data every year you use it

The only thing I would change is on married filing jointly. I think it would be easier if you were to do one filer’s w-2s then when that person’s info is added click next and ask for the next person’s w2s.

Worst absolutely worst tax app I have ever used. Finished my taxes last year for 2023.Then they wanted a 5 digit code I was supposed to have received from government. I told them I didn't have it and was sent to a government page to get a new one which was a 6 digit code. Back and forth back and forth. Wouldn't send my paid for tax info without it Frustrated and stressed me out. Tax season is stressful enough without this bullsh*t

Reminded in plenty of time to get it done. My desktop and printer were not working so I completed everything from my cell. My return was accepted by the IRS in minutes and I kept it on a pdf until I could download it to another printer for a paper copy.

I have used eFile for the last four or five years. It is by far the simplest and fastest and most accurate online tax filing process I’m 64 and retired but throughout my career, I had a professional tax accountant and I can tell you that eFile provides every form, asks every question Provide provides every option to the filer. I highly recommend this service.

It was easy to file my taxes with E-file and it didn't cost me anything. I previously used Turbo Tax and it cost almost $100, which was massively expensive. I chose to file my taxes with E-file and would highly recommend this to other people that don't want to pay an arm and a leg to file their taxes.

Horrible, they don't communicate with you and provide the wrong information on the form. I chose the correct boxes but the printed version chose the wrong ones. And nobody from support replies.

I experienced some difficulty in choosing the correct items to use. I called the help line provided by E-File and spoke with an extremely helpful person named Sadiqua (hopefully I spelled correctly). She left me with instructions on how to complete my filing. Within minutes she called me back, she had found some additional errors. We cleared the errors, and I filed successfully. Thank you so much

I strongly advise using E-file for your tax returns because they are quite beneficial.

To file is so easy, you pick the forms you need and e-file guide you through the process with ease. My taxes was excepted by IRS the same night and I have used this service the last 3 years, no Block heads to deal with, no high prices charged, no sweat.
