I really appreciate the opportunity to use e-file? It was so very easy and fast to get my taxes done without the wait for my return and without the fees! Thank you e-file!

Pretty good but I made a mistake by entering my same w2 information 2 times and refund total was twice the amount I was due back. I went back to check and saw my own mistake. I just thought it should have been caught by the app
After that it was all good

The ease of filling and NO FEES !!! Turbo Tax has increased its prices, once again. I saved my OWN money. Thank you , e file !

It is so easy to understand and made the situation of filing a tax return so very nice to do, not be a chore as some forms might be for an elderly person.

E-file support resolved my tax records issue in a speedy and efficient manner. I was truly impressed with the immediate responses to my questions. The solutions were easy for me to understand and follow.

It was a great experience. It merely took me five minutes to file my 2024 tax return. As long as you read and follow all of the instructions, this website will make the whole process much easier. You can save more by using e-file. Truly recommend it. And I'll be using this for my return next year

EFile ripped us off for our state return. We didn't receive our State return at all, We checked with our state IRS and they say our check was issued ( For the correct amount ). The filing fee was to come out of our state return and we would receive the rest. We've received nothing... when we try to log into our acct we get that the account does not exist...

Exceptional customer support. Had a major issue resolved with a phone call Support # 01115

They are horrible, it is the second year in a row that something went wrong.
Last year, after filing ammendments, the IRS came after me to get $500 back.
This year not only did I need to do the more expensive service to file deductions, their software didn't fill in one of the values properly, the IRS is holding up my tax return, the responses from e-file.com are slow, and almost no help at all.
They are expensive to use, and expensive on the back end when the IRS comes after you.
Avoid them, they are even slimier than other tax services

Had good luck with efile until this year. You can't contact anyone by phone, you have to wait on an email. It's difficult to update your banking information which could result in more money to dish out.

The software was simple to follow and understand. I was able to get right through it without having any issues. Thank you 🙏

Scam. Charged me $90 for a 1040EZ filing which is supposed to be a free filing. Will never use again. Not only did they charhe me, but also the use a company called Santa Barbara Tax Preparation Group. It is a total grift. Both companies point the finger while they siphon funds(fees) from your tax return. Do not use their site. Use a government backed site, so you don't get screwed.
Update: I love how a company, worried about reputation, responds because if all the explanatioms had been on the website, then the consumer could make a informed choice. No where on the website does it stipulate there will be a 3rd party payer. I have used the site since 2020. Never has it been more obsfucated. Also, the made mistake and claimed taxes for something I did not intend, so I will have to fix it in the coming year.
Companies that use deception and hidden costs always explain afterward to make seem as if it is the consumer. Gaslighting customers will not produce more customers. Instead of paying a person to respond to bad reviews, fire this person, and hire a web designer, so customers can be more informed by actual facts, instead of splash pages and guided mode. Regardless, whether the 1040EZ has been discontinued, charging someone $90 on a tax return of less than 20k of income is ridiculous. Then sending some "response drone" into action, so your reputation doesn't suffer is what I expected. How about don't shaft your customers because it becomes worse when you try to explain to a person why they got screwed. Explanations, aside, since they are no longer needed for a person who is no longer a customer

The software was well prepared and was a breeze to complete my returns. I had only one bump in the road in filing and required assistance. I called and I was immediately assisted by MaryAnne, a service rep., courteous and a joy to work with. In minutes my issue in navigating the software was resolved with success.
