​What followed was a nightmare of unprofessional behavior from their representative, Tony. He would delay responses by days or even weeks. When I mentioned initiating a chargeback through my bank, he dismissively told me it would be pointless. After a month of this frustrating back-and-forth, when I finally stopped emailing, Tony actually reached out to me again to mock the situation, asking if I was 'still waiting' for my refund and demanding that I resend the same evidence I had already provided weeks prior.
​This is not just a mistake—it is a clear, systematic attempt to wear the customer down and avoid accountability. They do not respect their customers, and the level of manipulation I encountered was staggering. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere."

Half my order was missing and I have received no reply from this company as to where the rest of my order is. AI robot sends you an email saying they will be in touch, this is now a week ago. Don’t waste your money. Don’t expect to hear from them. Wish I had read reviews before contemplating ordering from here.

Order placed, order confirmation incl. order number received, paid. But never received my order. 4 email reminders sent, no answer received. Do not order anything on this website, it seems as it is a fake one.

I placed an order totalling £59.00 for 3 bottles of Bule Bolu on 08/09/25.
No confirmation email for the order can not contact the site, phone numbers do not work, support email, chat does not work. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews on Trustpilot. I checked the payment details and it has been sent to somewhere in Malta. I am going to report the site to the relevant fraud authorities.

I ordered 4 Nic salts for £14.99 with 24 hour shipping. I ordered on a Sunday so I expected them to ship it by Monday but no. It’s Tuesday and I still haven’t even received a dispatch confirmation. Emailing them doesn’t work, their support number doesn’t even exist. Their ticket system doesn’t work. I’m not getting these liquids :( Completely scammed me out of £14.99 :(

No way of contacting this company apart from emails been waiting 10days for my delivery

Wish I checked on here before ordering. Total scam and shambles of a company. Received email saying order has been cancelled with no other information. Absolutely disgusting service. Proper scam artists. Don't entertain them for one second.

I was incorrectly charged for delivery and they have no email address, their contact form doesn't work and neither does their phone number. I am yet to receive my order. Avoid.

A couple of hours after leaving this review I got an email saying my order had been cancelled. No refund received as yet.

Update: 5 months later and still no refund.

I ordered 200 terea turquoise, and they have taken the money but no parcel has arrived,tracking no is invalid! Total scam

Keep your customers in touch. There is no need for this to happen. Either remove the telephone numbers or update and amend accordingly.

A specifc product was not available after order was placed. Person spoke to me via mobile phone. Telephone numbers on Google and website do not work. 3 tickets raised and 2 weeks later no response. This is the behaviour of a company who does not care or are keeping people's money. If it's neither, it must be incompetency.

EDIT: was given a refund on the extra i did not buy, but only after leaving this review...

Sent the wrong number of items, less than I ordered, cant contact, or call, wish I had checked here first. will never use again.

Bought £200+ online order of Heets and they didn't send the goods and ignored my emails!! Total scam - do not trust this company. Going to take it to small claims court!

I made on order on 9 Juli and still today i didn t het annything after 100s of mails i did got 1 real answer saying they Will send my package again becaus thé ticket on thé package was Broken after that still nothing ! NEVER ORDER HERE !

I wish I had read the previous reviews before making 2 orders with this company.
Absolutely abysmal. How they are able to continue trading with the concerns highlighted below I do not understand.
Both of my orders have been fraught with difficulty and only partially completed. After I had problems with my first ordered they rectified it eventually and I thought I would give them another chance. Unfortunately I am still waiting for something I ordered at the beginning of September. Despite multiple calls, emails and support tickets submitted I have not heard back.
I don't ever recall having such a poor experience ordering online and then subsequently with their lack of response to my contact.
