If you want to get a rip of by high shipping charges exuberant tax collection fees and become told by support you deserve it E3D should be your first adress.
All other I would suggest to stay as far away as possible.

Been using their products since my 1st Titan Aero, I have ObXidian unicorn nozzle in my Creality K1 Max and quality is so far above the standard nozzle.
Just bought the DiamondBack for my A1 Combo, as i want to print some abrasive filament. Had 3 days printing PETG & PLA, and spot on, it is expensive but had 20% off and with the points I had was able to get another 20% off.

Canceled my order because of high shipping and import fees which equal over 1/3 the Price of the product. They still shipped AFTER I canceled. I refused the order, but they won't refundc100% of what I paid. Only buy from Amazon.

E3D parts are far superior to anything else I seem to be able to buy for my printer. Although the price makes me cry a little, I am happy that the parts have lasted 10 times longer than that of other supplier and the rated outputs are what they say on the tin.

Got what I paid for in a timely manner, the product (obsidian 500 for bambulab) is extremely well made and prints beautifully. Not much else to say!

Revo Obxidian 500 hotends are great but as they dont have coloured silicon socks it's really difficult to identify the size. They do have the size printed on them but it's so faint I can hardly read it.

I’m giving the end our emails a 5 star, the overall product a 5, warranty -5, your nozzle broke mid print leaving the threads in the extruder. You can’t tell me that wasn’t a defect in that product.

It took me from firsts parts of February until April 6th to finally get resolution to my broken nozzle. But you followed the warranty. Then you try to make it right by offering me a discount on my next product. It was greatly welcomed. Sadly, It felt like the process to get this resolved took forever. I had to buy another nozzle because I couldn’t afford to wait for the never ending emails.

Unfortunately I still had to pay those pesky import taxes. But hey I still got two great nozzles out of this deal price at the sacrifice of and Obxidian HF 0.4

I love how quick the package came to my house. The UPS guy walked right up to me with the package in hand and asked me if I had a cashier check so I can pay the tariff in person. What kind of BS is that?? I mean who still carries a checkbook? It's 2026 so I was kind of annoyed by that. The website didn't say anything about having to pay the tariffs to UPS selling me on some BS. That shipping was free. LOL okay except for when UPS comes to your house. I thought that was a little whack. Thank goodness the UPS website took debit cards but the guy wouldn't wait for me to make the payment through the website. I had to wait till the end of the day

Works great out of the box, just like my old P1S DiamondBack Hotend did.
