Went to the clinic as my left ear was blocked. Warm welcomed by Sinead when arrived. Was talked through what would happen. Departed approx 10-15 mins later with both ears clear. Very pleasant experience. No hesitation in returning in the future. Thank you

Kinza was great, put my son at ease and chatted to him about his school and football. Did a great job clearing the wax and helping him hear again

Each and every experience i have had at Ears, Queensferry has been excellent. Super friendly and highly experienced staff. I always return and the text reminder is perfect in its timing for me.

I was so apprehensive before my appointment as I’ve never had this done before and I’m a bit of a fearty! Cannot recommend the Ears Clinic enough! Managed to get an appointment straight away! An excellent service, was reassured and made to feel very comfortable during my procedure. Immaculate clinic. If I have any ear problems in the future I’ll certainly be attending. Highly recommend!

I went to the Ears Clinic in Stepps, where both my ears were cleaned very professionally using both water and suction. Everything was explained very clearly to me, and the procedure made a massive difference to my hearing.
I was very impressed with the work done by the young lady who attended to me.
