This was my first time visiting, the appointment was professional and I was happy with the service. I’ve had no issues following the appointment and can finally hear clearly !

I couldn’t praise Rahim highly enough and wish I’d visited with my niggly ear problem much sooner. He was very professional and reassuring and zoned straight in on what the problem was. He suggested an over-the-counter remedy that is working already. Great personal service at very reasonable cost and in a great location with a bit of history too..

This was our first experience at the Hearing health hub and must say what an excellent experience from start to finish. Very professional calm and reassuring service from Rahim. My son was a little nervous but was made to feel at ease from the get go. Premises was beautiful and service outstanding. Will be returning for the wax removal service next time when needed. Rest assured you will be in good hands for all things ear related couldn’t recommend enough.

This was my first visit, and Rahim made every effort to ensure it was a positive experience. Having first discussed my symptoms and concerns, I had an opportunity to see that both ears were clear and healthy via the on screen images. After that Rahim carried out a hearing test, and then gave an excellent explanation of the results and recommended options.

Great relief after half an hour of the treatment. Timely and quick treatment with ongoing explanations. Definitely recommendable.

Rahim managed to squeeze me in on the same day that I enquired about an appointment, he (& his beautiful dog Millie) welcomed me with a friendly face and fantastic service. Rahim greeted me with a confident smile and explained the whole process slowly and clearly. Great to see the before and after of both my ears ..they both were very blocked and after just 10 minutes they were both crystal clear.
