I have used this company twice now - once to repair my son's expensive sunglasses and this year to repair my expensive prescription sunglasses when Boots and Specsavers weren't able to. Both times one of the arms had come off. I cannot fault the company and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are ultra efficient and organised, very quick and do a superb job. They reply immediately, provide a quality service and for a good price.

Tried everywhere to get my glasses hinge fixed to no avail as it was apparently an unusual style. A local optician recommended Spec Care. They did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the repair.

Excellent communication, replaced the broken part and even provided the old one for proof with the returned item. Whole sending repairing and being back took less than 5 working days. Which given it was through Royal Mailing it's amazing.
