The system for organising the repair was very easy to navigate and there was very quick and clear communications. The whole process was very straightforward and the repair made was very good.

Absolutely fab service after I sat on my glasses and completely snapped them, kept me informed during the whole process! And my glasses came back in better condition than they were when i bought them!
Whole process completed within a few days as I had to put a note in as they were my only pair of glasses!
