Thanks so much for the 5-star review! We're thrilled your pup has a cosy new spot to snooze.
Quality dog beds but don't expect next day.
I ordered two dog beds 10 days before Xmas and expected for Xmas, unfortunately they didn't arrive until January. I was kept informed but the delivery did not reflect the basket information upon purchasing. That said the beds are good and are the third set (L) I have had, first time direct from Earthbound, for two viszla boys who love them. Worth buying but be prepared to be patient and don't believe the delivery info on the website, hence the 3 stars.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal customer. We’re genuinely pleased to know your two Vizsla boys are enjoying their third set of beds from us! We’re sorry that the delivery timing didn’t meet your expectations ahead of Christmas. December is our busiest month, and as a small manufacturer making all beds in-house in small batches, our lead times are longer during peak periods. We do aim to be as transparent as possible about this: our site and order confirmation emails note our delivery timeframe of 15 business days, and we appreciate your acknowledgement that we kept you informed throughout the process. Thank you again for your patience and your continued trust in our beds. We hope your boys enjoy many cosy naps ahead.
Love these collars
Love these collars. I have ordered several as my pup has grown. Lovely soft leather but light. Dog seems comfy. I feel leather is a much more natural material than fabric ones against a dogs skin/fur. Strong and never break or stretch

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for being such a loyal customer! We're absolutely delighted to hear that you and your pup love our Soft Country Collars.
It's lovely to know your dog is comfortable wearing them, and we completely agree with you about leather being a natural, gentle material against their skin and fur. We take great pride in using quality leather that's both soft and durable, so it's amazing to hear that the collars have held up so well through your pup's growth.
Thank you for choosing us time and time again; we're truly grateful! We hope your pup continues to enjoy wearing their collar for many happy walks to come!

Our cat loves its new bed
We saw earthbound beds in an offline shop and they looked good, material was high quality and pretty durable, so we decided to order one online. We bought medium size bed and it arrived in a large box, packaging was good.
Although the brand is for the dogs, our cat fell in love with this new bed immediately. She has spend the last 2 days mostly in it and gets out only to grab some food. We are extremely happy with the purchase .

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're happy to hear the quality you saw in-store lived up to expectations when it arrived at your home.
And we have to say, your cat has excellent taste! The fact that she’s barely left her new spot (except for essential snack breaks, ofc) is the best compliment we could ask for. We've come to discover our beds are loved by many feline customers, too!
We’re thrilled you’re happy with the quality and durability. Here’s to many cosy naps ahead, thank you for choosing us!

Purchased a spare waterproof rectangular cover
Purchased a spare rectangular waterproof cover and cushion cover.
Always superb quality and although you can purchase much cheaper products they do not last very long. I love the waterproof beds as with 2 spaniels the dirt/ wet etc does not soak into the bed. I have 2 covers so I can alternate quickly between washes. Highly recommend earthbound beds.
