The product (laundry sheets) are good but the company changed their systems and website about 6-12 months ago, and since then they have been a nightmare to deal with and order from. Although I like their product, I have now given up and cancelled my account as its just too much hassle. They are way too USA-centric.

I have been using Earth Breeze sheets for a while now but I have decided I want to cancel my order. This is proving impossible. I cannot do it via my account and I am not getting any reasonable response by emailing. PLEASE DO NOT USE this company.

I have been an earth breeze customer for many years. When I started using the product I was happy with the performance but more recently I significantly reduced my usage because it simply does not clean the whites as it used to do. I use the laundry product to take on holiday but not as my main detergent.

My main concern is the problems that I have been having accessing my account.
I emailed them and I received a reply from a ‘customer delight’ representative who did not seem to be from the UK. In the past I always managed to access my account with no problems but more recently I have spent months trying to communicate with Earth Breeze regarding my account. I was unable to access my account because they were allegedly upgrading their IT systems. Every time I tried to get a code via email to get into the system then the code did not arrive into my email account quickly and as it had a four minute limit on its use; I was unable to access and use the account.

I finally managed to get onto my account and I have tried to remove the card details from my account. Earth Breeze would not allow me to do this. So I cancelled my subscription and contacted my bank. The recent IT glitches made me very nervous.

I would countenance extreme caution in purchasing from this business.

Furthermore I went onto Companies house and have found that the business is offshored in Guernsey and there are no officers listed. Is this a shell company that is offshored ? I do not want to do business with an offshore company that potentially may not pay taxes in the UK.

I wish Earth Breeze well but won't be returning

Really nice smelling & effective laundry sheets, and very quick customer support.

I've been using EarthBreeze for several months, and it's always done the job nicely and smells good!
When I've had to change brand and cancel my current subscription, the customer support responded in the same day. I still got my last order (could keep using it up or give as a gift or something), but it was handled swiftly and with good helpful manners.

I have been with this company for years as I couldn't find a better product. No issues until today. Email for order but no email to pick if I wanted to change date which I always do as I only need to order every 3 months or so. website now not found, cannot sign so I have cancelled with my bank.

Have been happy with this company for nearly 3 years however my last 2 shipments have not arrived. Emails bounce back and can’t cancel. Don’t know what’s going on but I wouldn’t place an order with them at the moment if that’s why you’re here.

Update- if you email hello@earthbreeze .com rather than co.uk all is well and everything sorted out quickly. Not sure why this has not been made clear by the company. Would have avoided lots of negative reviews.

It's funny how you can order without any problems but as soon as you want to cancel your subscription your email keeps getting rejected. I've noticed that quite a few customers are having this problem which leads me to believe it's a bit of a scam. I have cancelled my direct debit so it's up to them if they want to send me anything for free as I'm not paying for a product I no longer want to receive but I can't cancel

really struggling to cancel a subscription. got an email assuring me it was canceled, and then another package came the following month. can't delete my credit card details on account from a previous order. did manage to delete pay pal approval - good point to use pay pal from now on for this reason. pretty shocking

After waiting over two months for delivery, I got a message from the post office to say that there was a parcel waiting for me and that I would have to pay 28 dollars to get the parcel. It was so long ago that I can't even remember what I paid for the order, but it was nowhere near this amount. At new point was I advised that that extra expense was part of the deal. I had to leave it at the post office as I wasn't prepared to pay more than I'd even paid for the product. So if I could I could give this a zero star rate.

As we all need to consume less plastic I’m incredibly grateful for Earthbreeze for having such a wonderful product with minimum waste.You don’t have to think about it if you subscribe yearly and it’s easy to order more if needed. I regularly give some leaves 🍂 away. The smell is subtle and fresh. Love it

Only complaint is that it is impossible to cancel without emailing the company. No way of calling and logins don’t work.

However I have had an email and they have cancelled now so less disappointed.

Scam company, completely unable to cancel recurring order!!
Have been trying for 3 months.
The unsubscribe button on the account doesn't work, emails bounce back and FB messenger requests ignored.
Cancel with your bank as that's the only way to cancel

This company has heart and a good product. I love it and so do the friends I give it to as gifts. I made a mistake and ended up with a subscription gift for a U.S. friend who moved out of the U.S. recently. I had no idea where the charge came from. The help desk actually "helped." They found the source and my mistake. They gave me my money back when my friend couldn't send the product back. Seriously, I haven't had that kind of customer service in 30 years. This all happened today on U.S. Thanksgiving. I am thankful for EarthBreeze.

These guys are fantastic! I moved house and somehow combined both mailing addresses in my update, and they sent me a free refill straight away! Confirmed in the kindest email. Their product is great and their customer service is incredible. I’m a customer for life!

Absolutely agree with last two reviews …I have had emails returned twice now requesting to stop my subscription, my circumstances have changed and no longer wish to continue with their product.

Now, some hours later, after this Trust Pilot review I have received a very polite and helpful reply from Ricky at Earth Breeze and my problem has been resolved!

Like others, I have been trying to contact customer service with regards to cancelling my subscription multiple times, and each time my email is bounced back as cannot be delivered. I have also tried to login to my account on their website but it says I do not have one. Utterly utterly frustrating and can't believe they are still allowed to trade when they are completely "uncancellable". All the positive reviews you are seeing here are clearly employees or people paid to write reviews - customer service is not poor, it is non existent!!!
The product is also very poor, does not do the job and turns out isn't even eco-friendly - it contains micro-plastics!

Email is bouncing back, so I canceled subscription in the bank. I tried to go on the website, it's down for past few days, I tried to view my order, it's telling me this website doesn't exist. You really get 20 washing for 4-5kg loads... If stuff has odour, then it's not refreshing it. I'm not happy with the product. It feels like scam. I'm going back to making my washing liquid from conkers, which is natural at least.
