Really hard to cancel subscription i sent a few emails, u can't seem to log on which ix worrykng so cancel theough bank...not tried them yet ..I'd be wary

Sheets don't work in my opinion so wanted to cancel, the cancel button on the website doesn't work and the contact email receives a bounce back. Will have to contact my bank and cancel.

I tried to cancel my subscription by email, only to have the email bounce back. I tried to login on the website and it says email address not recognised!. My reason for cancelling the subscription was the cost, and the fact that in reality you only get 20 washes for nearly £10! Extortionate price.

I too, like other users found it a struggle at times to clean my laundry completely with this product. I also started to get a smell with my washing, which I could not get rid off, unless I added essence oils.
But I did like the eco side of the business and also the help you pass on by buying the product.

I have been trying to contact customer service with regards to cancelling my subscription 3 times now and each time my email is bounced back as cannot be delivered. I have also try to login to my account but it says I do not have one. I have contacted them via Instagram. There seems to be a mixed bag review on this company and I never would write a bad report but this is so frustrating and seemingly others are experiencing the same.

If I could put no stars I would. Charged for July and August but didn’t receive anything. Despite emailing and posting on their social media pages I have received no reply regarding a refund / replacement. They are totally ghosting me. Disgusting dodgy company.

Claims 40 washes but only 20 sheets. They fail to mention its 40 half loads not full loads. Very misleading you can't claim a half load as 1 wash its 1/2 a wash. Tried to cancel the subscription but you can't the cancel button doesn't work. Don't work well as had to use 3 sheets to get marks out my daughter top and wash it twice. Big scam don't buy the positive reviews must be company workers. SCam scam scam

The product is okay but recently found out that they aren't as eco as they make out. Also made in china so another mark off the eco claim. Trying to cancel my subscription is really hard and still not managed it! Website is painful to use.

I am trying desperately to contact this company as it would appear I have ordered 4 sets of products. They are supposed to be in the post. Sent three emails so far, cannot get a reply. Beginning to doubt I’ll even get my money back. Rubbish Customer Service. There’s no address to write to, as far as I can tell. Maybe there is an address on the orders when they come!!! Don’t trust this company again.

My order arrived promptly. I assumed that it would contain 40 sheets as marketing stated 40 washes, but there are only 20 on the packet, which you tear as needed. The sheets did work on lightly soiled, non smelly washing but failed completely if fabrics had odours. Worryingly i wrongly assumed these sheets were 'green' - but they aren't, each sheet contains Polyvinyl (micro plastics) which UK sewage works can't break down. This product is not eco.

I have been using these amazing sheets for years now. Really happy with the product.
The customer service is also fabulous!!
They are polite, super efficient, answered my queries within minutes and resolved my problem with change of address instantly. I can highly recommend this company. Fantastic service.

I want to cancel, but the option is not available. And e-mail to the company returned as undeliverable.
Scam??

I have tried to cancel my subscription on their website. It's not possible, I get as far as choosing a reason for cancellation (allergies so unfortunately can't use) and then it will not allow me to continue.

So, I sent an email to the only other contact method on the site. That has been returned to me as an undeliverable email.

So, the only option is to defer my next delivery, or I will have to have my payment card cancelled. Not just bad customer service, non-existent.

I had a query about my subscription today and the team could not have been any quicker or more efficient in sorting it out for me. The product is great, smells wonderful and is good for the poot planet. Highly recommend Earth Breeze.

Love this ocean friendly product. It works! I did the annual subscription of laundry sheets to save half the cost so good value. Phenomenal customer service if you have a query. Just a brilliant experience all round.

There are NOT 40 sheets in a pack, only 20. They work out more than 100%, over double the price of regular washing tablets unless you cut them up to make them go further. Feels like a scam which is hugely disappointing from a company that is environmentally friendly.

Terrible for the price. I need to use at least 3 sheets to clean a basic load of laundry. So I only get 10 loads not 60 like advertised in large print on the box. Hardly a scent either.

Having used a washing machine for the better part of my 65 years I have never experienced a build up of black residue in my machine, and the only difference is I've been using earth breeze laundry sheets constantly for past 5 months. Has anyone else found this to be the case??. I purchased a bulk buy of these sheets and now I am in a quandary if I should continue to use them. Thanks Jan

Product is good but... Customer service couldn't cancel my subscription and they still ask me about my details which I sent to them several times... So instead i had to block my bank account.
