All of our packaging is sustainably sourced and eco-friendly
We use recyclable boxes that are sealed with our branded biodegradable gum tape instead of plastic tapes, and inside the boxes we use compostable packing. The parcel nuts that we use inside the boxes are made of corn starch and they actually dissolve in water! Which we think is amazing!

Great service. Prompt delivery and emailed notifications. Impressed with price of product too.
Would have been five stars had they not used polystyrene tubes as their protective packaging. For a company which promotes itself on being eco friendly this was a strange decision when corrugated paper packaging would have been equally effective and in-line with their eco friendly ethos. Really poor decision.

Thank you for the great review Aileen, just to reassure you that our packaging is made from fully bio degradable parcel nuts, even though they look like traditional polystyrene they dissolve under water or you can put them on your compost heap. The thankyou card inside your parcel gives all the info, im sorry if the card was missed and wasn't in your box! Best for planet. Best for me!
Best price, and as the name suggests, the company is very planet friendly - even to the ‘planet nuts’ packing beads… They look like polystyrene… but dissolve under running water (or alternatively, throw them onto your compost!). I will definitely use this company again!

Great customer service!
My order had inadvertently gone to an unknown postcode, but Cally dealt with the situation very efficiently and immediately sent out a replacement (which I received two days later) and put a recall on the one that had gone astray.
