Excellent service. A lovely lady rang to say did I mean to order 2 of the same item. I explained it was a mistake and she reimbursed the payment. When the parcel arrived they had used dissolvable "parcel nuts" which you dissolve when put in a jug and stirred. What and EXCELLENT idea.

Any company who behaves with 5 star quality deserves a bloody excellent review. I've used Paul Mitchell Clarifying 3 shampoo for a number of years (I'm adjusting to the new packaging but I like it!). I always buy the litre as it's better value. When I Googled for the best prices this time around I was really impressed with the price offered, the free shipping and the speed at which this was processed. I LOVE the packaging tape; brightening up an otherwise plain brown (but environmentally friendly) box! Care was also taken in boxing it up. It arrived as expected and in a very quick turnaround. Will definitely be returning to Earthly Love. Thank you.
