I had the same experience as Elaine. I was put in touch with Easidrive through my Insurance company. I was not informed that it was a car hire company and charged exhorbitant sums. I was told I would get a courtesy car. Next thing I know Easidrive contact me and offer me the car. They left the car with me for over 50days. My car was with another salvage company. When I asked them when they would come and collect their car, they assured me not to worry and as soon as my own car was released from salvage they would collect the hire car. Next thing I know, I am contacted by Garvins Law who are working on behalf of Easidrive and they saying that third party refusing to pay and that I should cooperate and go to court to recover the amount. Asking for bank details etc. it is a scam. Three years on they giving me stress. I have ended up on antidepressants, sleepless nights etc and case still ongoing. Made me sign documents assuring me I had nothing wrong and should signs these papers, only to find out now that incase third party refuses to pay I am liable to pay over £9000. I am a 72 year old pensioner. It will kill me!

No office at pickup spot. Long delays, poor communication. Car came over an hour late and was dirty. Not reliable

I had a no fault claim caused by a car rolling into my unattended car causing damage. I thought I was dealing with my insurance company who organised a car through Easidrive. The day after the hire car was returned Garvins law firm contacted me on behalf of Easidrive to start proceeding against insurers for non payment of hire car. They wanted to start proceeding before the normal 28 days payment grace. I refused and now a year later this is going to court. This is an insurance scam they are not your insurers they are an agent who charge excessive car hire and exhorbitant extras to the insurers. I can’t believe they are legally allowed to cause this amount of distress when it was clearly no fault of mine.

Rear ended, not my fault, I knew there was some pain and inconvenience coming, trips to bodyshop, school run disrupted, calls, emails, but everyone involved in my claim was fantastic, including Easidrive, whole thing was painless, seamless and faultless, the communication between the claims management company, Easidrive and the bodyshop must have been excellent. My hire car was dropped off at the bodyshop and picked up from the bodyshop, nice car, comparable to my own, I can't thank everyone involved enough.

Contacted promptly to arrange temporary vehicle. Car arrived between pre arranged time. Car was picked up promptly when finished with. A seamless process.

When I was advised that my car was going to be off the road, I rang straight away. The replacement car arrived within a few days. Great car, same specifications as my car, different model. Really nice delivery driver. He explained everything and made myself feel comfortable. Great experience

Initially the drop off and quality of the car was good, after a couple of weeks my car was still not repaired, i was hounded, harassed and threatened from easy drive to return the car, they said i was to drive my UNSAFE un fixed car. This company is a joke avoid if you insurance company asked you to deal with them.

It was an absolute pleasure using Easidrive services, the process was smooth from start to finish and cut down so much faffing that comes with needing to drive a rental van back to the depot etc. The staff are incredible friendly and helpful too, will certainly be coming back again.

Courteous and efficient service - superb!

Completely professional, took all the hassle out of my Insurance Claim following a no fault accident on the M40. My contact at EasiDrive, Andy, introduced himself and the Company soon after my claim process started, took all the heat out of the situation and quickly arranged, collection of my damaged car, delivery of courtesy car, subsequent engineer’s assessment, valuation and regular updates.
