Eastgate Reviews

At no point did we feel any sales pressure or tactics. We were supplied with numerous facts and alexander took time to fully explain anything that was not clear to us. We kept expecting the special offer, or a time sensitive inducement, but there were none. Well done Eastgate for treating your customers with respect.

Great experience with Eastgate. The team were professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Communication was excellent throughout, and I felt well supported from start to finish. Would happily recommend them to anyone considering a property investment.

I was buying a property off Zacc and I wanted a deal pushed through and then got introduced to the sales director Alexio Vieira and we got a deal over the line that worked for me perfectly. Alexio was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, really put my mind at ease through out the process
The service i received was second to none and I couldn’t recommend more. Thank you!

Bought an off-plan apartment in Liverpool and Jake was spot on throughout the whole process. Explained everything clearly, kept me in the loop and was always easy to get hold of if I had any questions.

Made the whole thing a lot less stressful than I expected and I felt confident with the purchase because of the help he gave.

I had a very positive experience working with Amber on my recent investment in an iff plan property in the UK. I was most impressed by the attention to detail and the excellent level of due diligence that was regularly updated. I am the early stages of a second purchase.

We have just exchanged on a property through them. They are very professional and returned all calls and emails promptly. Pradeep was our main point of contact. We are looking forward to completion in the summer.

From the first contact i made with Jake, he was very patient and helpful, each time i asked for specific technical specifications, he would get on to the architect find out the answers and get back to me. I also had interactions with Lauren and Amy, who were again very patient in getting my documents uploaded and sent to the solicitor, Amy came to meet me one day a a local cafe to overcome problems i had with the electronic process. The team were all fantastic.

I contacted Charlotte to discuss the the purchase of my first UK property. She made the process smooth and remarkably straightforward for non resident buyers. We will engage Eastgate for our next investment and recommend them to anyone purchasing from outside of the United Kingdom.

The service has been first class and I thank Alexander for his support during my initial search and subsequest purchase.

Purchased through the head of sales Alexio. Looked after me from start to finish and answered every question I had, even out of hours and on weekends!

Dealt with Alexio who was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease as a first time buyer, couldn’t recommend Alexio and Eastgate enough.

A fantastic, professional and competent company. Daryl was there to guide us through the whole process which made us feel at ease and confident in the decisions we were making. We would recommend Eastgate to anyone who wants a deal done efficiently.

From my first telephone call, about an off plan unit to a successful exchange of contracts, I have found Daryl Chappell to be very professional and transparent. Always available to answer questions and facilitate a smooth result! I feel Eastgate is the investment company to partner with!

Great service. Thank you

I highly recommend this fantastic agency. thorough and patient. I am very grateful.

As a new investor, we were very cautious and wary. Natalie put us at ease from the very start and keeps us up to date with construction updates.

All the way through we are assisted by Amber. She helped with our choice of property and even recommended Solicitors who were familiar with the development and gave us a good deal. We received updates every step of the way, and still do so. This is an investment for our whole family, and Amber's willingness to explain things many times to different family members deserves a medal. Our deposit for the next one will be ready by the time this one completes. Needless to say, we will be using Amber and Eastgate.

I have just exchanged in the purchasing of my first UK property, I'm very impressed with Eastgate and Owen, who has mostly dealt with my questions which are answered quickly and professionally. He has been excellent at keeping me informed throughout.

Professional service from Marcus at Eastgate who allowed me to move at my own pace and answered every question in a knowledgable manner. Even now, after exchanging, he keeps me informed with updates on construction.

A great experience dealing with eastgate, especially Lauren who ensured that we understood everything and explained things that were unfamiliar to us.
