Very rarely do I leave 2 reviews, but this company DESERVES IT! I placed a second order, with specific quotes I wanted on the photo so long as the celebrity was willing. I'm blown away by not only their attention to detail, but how quickly they send things back. Other autograph services take 6-8 weeks for them to send my items back. East Coast Collectors ships your in a week. WOW>

I got my ball back exactly as I wanted it signed including the inscription.

I just wanted to say "THANK YOU!" for absolutely nailing my Randy Quaid autograph request! I've been hunting for this exact photo signed in a silver pen for over a year and ECC got it right! I was a bit nervous opening the package, as in today's world it's hard to find people that are accountable, but your team hit an absolute home run in satisfying my email request. I can't wait to see the look on my brother's face when he receives this as a gift, as Christmas Vacation is our favorite movie. Hope to do business with you again, soon.

Amazing to work with. When the first autograph piece went "missing" in the postal system, I let East Coast know and they they offered to get a new autograph done.

I received my Home Alone Mini Poster today in the mail, it turned out amazing! Thank You ECCS!

I find ECCS trustworthy and had a mostly good recent experience with them with some caveats. I sent some screenprinted posters together to be signed and everything was signed as asked (correct spot on poster and character name) so no complaints there.

However the first note is that I shipped with kraft paper with absolutely mint posters, and they were returned to me directly in the tube without the kraft paper with some significant edgewear. I will eventually get them linenbacked but not the best impression compared to other consignment companies.

Second, they only provide a PO Box for shipping your send-in which means you're stuck with USPS only which is egregiously expensive for posters these days but they will ship back to you with UPS. Would be nice to be able to ship via UPS as well.

Overall, mixed experience, but I would recommend them even if I wouldn't necessarily send a poster to them in the future.

Edit: And since they deemed it necessary to respond with incorrect facts, I will be glad to respond and drop to 1 star from 3 stars. As it seems to be par for the course for their responses (via message on their website, on social media, here) to be combative with honest opinions.

"Additionally yours were also double tubed for extra protection" The return shipment was NOT double-tubed, it was a tube inside a box. And the only reason it was in both is because I sent it in that way to protect the items. So this wasn't some service you provided.

"No poster ever arrives in mint condition" Yes, they do. I collect screenprinted art, not flimsy one sheets. I take extreme care packaging them when I ship and they always arrive mint.

"its impossible for there not to be some edging on posters" and "You fail to mention that there no rips or damage other then edgewear" And I'm glad you mentioned it, I did fail to mention that the edgewear I'm referencing did in fact include some rips. I've used dozen of consignment companies and individuals, and wouldn't you know... it is possible to not damage them to this degree!

"in less than 1 week after signings" Perhaps your team should ship slower if it means protecting the items better.

Autographs came in great, secure packaging. will order from this company again in the future.

This was the first time I've ordered anything from East Coast Collector's. Was very pleased with the autographed photos I received in the mail, will definitely buy from them again. No complaint's.

Every time I use ECCS, I know that my item will be signed how I want, and my time will be taken care of. This time was no different. Excellent service, just like every other time I’ve used them.

No info on status/updates of pending orders or reasons for delay.
