East Coast Collectors Service has managed to create one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with any company. Their website is not just outdated — it’s barely functional. Pages fail to load correctly, information is scattered or missing, and basic actions like submitting forms or checking order details routinely break. It feels like a site that hasn’t been updated, maintained, or tested in years. Every visit becomes a tedious battle with glitches, errors, and dead ends.

The worst part is that the website’s failures would be tolerable if their customer service made any effort to help. Unfortunately, it doesn’t. Reaching anyone for support is an ordeal. Messages go unanswered for long stretches, and when replies finally arrive, they are vague, dismissive, or simply repeat information that doesn’t address the issue. There is no sense of urgency, no accountability, and no sign that anyone is actually trying to resolve problems.

Instead of providing solutions, their customer service often creates new frustrations. Requests for clarification are ignored. Promised follow‑ups never happen. Basic questions receive incomplete or irrelevant answers. It leaves the impression that the support team is either overwhelmed, untrained, or simply not invested in helping customers.

When you combine a website that constantly fails with a support system that doesn’t respond, you end up with a company that is nearly impossible to work with. Nothing is smooth, nothing is reliable, and nothing inspires confidence. Every step of the process feels like you’re on your own, trying to navigate a system that actively resists being used.

East Coast Collectors Service needs a complete overhaul — a modern, functional website and a customer service team that actually engages with customers and resolves issues. Until that happens, I strongly recommend avoiding them. The amount of time and energy wasted trying to get even basic tasks done is simply not worth it.

Im pretty disappointed in my experience with east coast collection services.. Very little communication on fulfillment.. When filling out paperwork it asked what we would like with autograph.. I asked for character name on autograph jersey I sent.. Didn't find out till the day it arrived by email signer wouldnt do so. Why is this even an option on survey if it wasn't available? Asked about fulfillment time frame and got told you get it when you get it. Took almost 2 months after signing to receive. Very little communication.

Your name is east coast collection SERVICE.. You the merchant provide me the customer a service of going out and getting the autograph for me. You set clear expectations of what I could expect.. I didnt get an email about what I did or didnt get till the product was almost at my house.. I had to email you 6 weeks after the show and your responce was we have been out shows. We send it when we send it. Clearly NOT the expectations we had agreed on.. Neither one of us knew the health condition of Mr Glover. Not once did you ever oppologize for Not holding up your end of our deal.. I am a business owner. When I dont meet the expectations of my customers I make it right. Thats what a good business owner does. You dont make excuses and blame everyone else. Don't worry. I wont be using your services again..
