Thus far, I've only placed 2 orders via ECCS, however both have turned out fantastically well. One of them even received 2 free inscriptions. Granted, that's more of the decision of the signer, but getting the 2 added bonuses when I didn't even request one is much appreciated. Both items have returned with care & promptness. Both were signed where & what color I requested with no issues. Now, if only I can find a promoter who regularly has 007 guests, I may just go broke.

Great product, but the customer service was terrible. This was my first and last time using ECC's services. You'd think they would be a bit more helpful with first-time customers, especially since you have no idea how the website works or when items are actually shipped. Instead of being rude in email responses, they should take some time to put effort into making sure first-time customers are completely satisfied and understand how everything works, especially when you're spending hundreds of dollars on items.

I have done two signings through east coast collectors and they did an amazing job. They made sure the signer used the requested color and made sure the mini helmets came back protected. They answered every question when I first started using them. I highly recommend them and highly likely I will use them again.

Sent a helmet out for 2 different signatures. It was the first time I’ve ever sent anything out to be signed. I was a nervous wreck when the company I used delivered the helmet early even though I asked them to delay shipment by a day. Everything worked out and the helmet was signed where and how I wanted it signed. I would definitely use this service again! A+
