Typically have a great experience but this time sent card back with no protection but wrapped in paper. Card suffered a little damage. Usually better than this.

very professional company but sadly due to UPS and USA customs holding my items for weeks i didn't get my item to signed in time but was refunded.
so i would recommend them.

I popped in the shop today with my childhood collection of Pokémon cards, not knowing what i had in my hands, Carl was very helpful gave me some great advice, offered to price the whole collections for me and also repocketed all the holo's so they didn't take on any new damage free of charge, his exact words were ' that's on me bud i enjoyed doing it, thank you for brining them in'. What a genuine guy and a great little store. I will be coming back to take them up on the price up and for any future business 100% would recommend.

You guys are awesome, I sent in some items to be signed and they were clearly treated with care, signed where I requested in the type of pen and colour I asked for and packed really well when I got them back. I am very pleased with how it turned out, thank you again! I have sent in more items because my experience was so good. Also, did not take months to get my items back like some other send in companies... huge plus. 10/10

I had a return item issue with a photo on a COA which was technically "Beckett" fault. But East Coast Collectors answered all my questions and helped get issued resolved. Any questions from good to bad they always helped. Nothing is perfect. But communication is key and that's makes ECCS top notch. Thank you

Even though I had gotten the ordering a little wrong because it was my first time sending in items to be signed, the company was really helpful and had excellent communication. I was even happier with how my items turned out that I could have hoped to be. Everything turned out great. I would use this company again.
