Brian and his team are the best. Never had any problems. This particular brian wasn't thrilled with how the autograph presented so he was able to have it re-done and its flawless. Thanks as always

Your send in ultra fine purple paint pen was absolutly prepped before being used. You selected and sent in a color that simply wasn't the right choice for a dark background card. As for how lightly talents hand pressure or size of their autograph (especially on a trading card) there is nothing we can do about that after the marker is in talents hand. Additionally you never once reached out to ask about your items or any dissatisfaction. Your items were authentically signed with your send in marker, autographs were not smudged, items were handled perfectly, shipped back to you fast & your marker returned to you. A better choice marker (possibly one that is not ultra fine & dark purple) might have been a better choice on your part.

Totally worth it
Was extremely happy with the Service. Quick turn around Time on my Order. Pop box was returned in the same condition as I sent it. Autograph came out great. ECCS could use better customer service. After reading 5 star reviews about how ECCS helped ppl through each step of the process with communication. I sent a message and after 10 days of no reply. I sent a 2nd message. Response told nothing about my order. Only got the usual automated generic response COPY / PASTE.... we don't have to inform you of blah blah. Took 1 star off cause of the customer service response i got seemed a little rude.
P.S.
The responses to these ratings is all the proof on how they do not help each step of the way. Making me think some 5 star reviews are fake. Don't argue with ppl just do better customer service 🙄

Brilliant service all round
Firstly communicating with them on instagram was really easy, I didn't expect them to reply at all or reply so quickly. The website is easy to navigate and the area where I have to give them all the props in the world is the shipping time. While shipping from the US to the UK was very expensive (as expected), my autograph came within less than a week from the event happening it was so unexpected and I'm still kinda in awe of that and it's been 2 months. So thankyou East Coast Collector's Service, you guys are brilliant. 10/10 would recommend.
