Fantastic experience with this company, really helpful when I want sure if placement was correct or why they weren’t sticking for more than 2 day. Everything that was suggested to me has worked, super pleased now with subscription and can already notice the difference with food noise and lack of wanting sweets food. Great communication from giselle and that I got sent back a picture of seeds on my ear to make sure I’m correct place.

I’ve had daily chronic migraine for 35 years. Numerous tries over the years to get some relief even full skull surgery about 8 years ago. It worked for a couple of years then Covid hit and the inflammatory nature of the virus caused the migraines to return. So fed up the massive dosed pain relief. Tried the seeds last Saturday. Woke up Sunday with very little pain. Still early days but super impressed so far

I am loving my new journey using the East healing products . I am really struggling with menopause and my symptoms have recently worsened affecting my whole being and I am really struggling . I’m hoping the ear seeds , head band and other products will support my healing journey as I previously used to have acupuncture which changed my life .

I’ve genuinely found these tiny ear seeds have transformed my every day life. They’ve made me feel more in control when things get a little overwhelming, and given me more patience. This is my second month of using them and I’ve just signed up to a monthly subscription- thank you East Healing!

After suffering excruciating cluster headaches throughout the summer and facing the prospect of long term medication, I tried these ear seeds. I followed the directions for combatting headaches and feel like a miracle has happened!! I have not experienced a single headache since I applied them. I am so grateful & relieved! I have now subscribed to a monthly plan & will continue to use them and recommend the seeds to my family and friends. No medication required & long may it last!

The product is great and very easy to wear and manipulate when in the ear but I found the tweezers useless and didn't help at all and also the drawing of the placement of the seeds on the rear is very difficult to know of you have them in the right place. A photograph or video to follow would be much beyter

This product is a live saver. It is now part of my Sunday night routine already for work Monday morning. I can get very anxious and stress and work and I find if I dont ware them my anxiety can be bad.

My order of acu seeds got stuck in a Royal Mail depot. I contacted customer service and was immediately sent a new pack which arrived in a few days. I’m on week 2 of using the seeds during a stressful time - feeling quite relaxed so maybe they are helping! The seeds are easy to use and are accompanied by a handy little booklet showing where to place them. They definitely hit some slightly painful points just like when having shiatsu or acupuncture. Hoping they’ll be helping me to sleep better too.

My anxiety and menopause symptoms were really reduced when wearing these. Definitely ordering more

Honestly, I wasn’t sure whether these would work or not, but after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give them a try.

They are a little pricey, but if the seeds actually work, then they’re definitely worth it. Delivery was very prompt, and I received regular updates by email.

Do the seeds actually do the job? YES!

I’m not sure whether it’s psychological or the seeds are genuinely doing what they’re meant to do, but I definitely feel more relaxed and experience less anxiety. When I feel a “wave” coming over me, I press on the seeds and feel a little twitch, and for some reason it makes me seek comfort. I honestly can’t explain it!

I’ve even worn them swimming three times and while showering twice a day, and they have stayed firmly in place.

Easy to order , fast delivery. Not many ear seeds considering they are quite expensive I was expecting enough to at least cover a month to experience and effect or difference from applying the seeds. Easy enough to apply with good instructions.
I don’t think I’d buy again based purely on the cost. Lastly the packaging was beautifully put together.

The product arrived quickly. After using the ear seeds for nearly 3 weeks now I can honestly say my bloating has finally subsided and my sleep is much better! I've tried so many different supplements over the last year, the ear seeds are definitely the most effective in such a short time and it feels better than having to swallow a supplement. Very pleased.
