Trying earseeds for anxiety & do think they're helping. I have contacted Giselle to check positioning & she replied with a voice note whilst out shopping! 100% perfect customer service! I feel more benefit when using in my left ear - not sure why. Lovely aesthetically too. I now subscribe & have monthly deliveries.

Great so far early days as only used for the 1st 5 days

I love these earseeds! Compared to others I have tried these are better quality and don't cause any harm to my ears. People ask me about them all the time thinking they are earrings. The shipping takes a while from the UK to the US but it's worth the wait.

I was skeptical at first about ear seeds, however I was in such a dark place with my mental health - other support wasnt working, i just knew I needed to try them.
I now feel like I have a clear mind, more focused, less stressed and my anxiety has reduced loads too. I will definitely be continuing these.

So far feel really positive about my ear seeds , they are pretty but discreet and feel less tired and anxious so I’m hoping this is why 🤞🤞 a little tricky to apply as I have shorter hair that is feathered around my ears and I wear glasses so not easy to see what I’m doing but all in all so far so good 👍👍

I bought them to use while I was flying to help with my anxiety.
Not only did they help but afterwards my anxiety has been at bay for the following two weeks after using them

I love the idea of the ear seeds and was so excited to try them but even with the tweezers they are beyond fiddly to place directly on your ear and only one has actually stayed in place which is really disappointing

I had a nasty skin reaction to this produce, resulting in an ear infection on the outer ear and requiring a week of antibiotics. I bought these on impulse to help with heightened anxiety due to challenging life circumstances. I wish I had done more reading, however as I have since that there is limited research and evidence behind these ear seeds. There has been no large-scale, rigorous, double-blind clinical trials confirming the specific efficacy of ear seeds. Information also suggests you should always have someone apply them for you to ensure positioning. As soon as I developed an infection of my outer ear I put the remaining seeds in the bin. I was vulnerable at the time of purchasing them, and fear this will happen to many other vulnerable adults seeking treatment for long term conditions. Yes it was on Dragons Den, but in hindsight, the cost to make them was 3 pounds, and being sold for 30, so no wonder all the Dragons jumped in with that kind of profit margin! I feel it is unethical to sell treatments such as these to people who are vulnerable and suggestable to whatever might help, without the appropriate research and evidence.

Amazing ear seeds!! Look lovely, still getting used to them to help my stress.. Will be re ordering :) got them for my sister for a bday gift also so she will try them too!

Very disappointed 😞 I was so looking forward to receive a good result but 2 out of 4 seads last 2 days and then just fell off other 2 on days 3! So while I used 4 it means 20 will last only 2 weeks, which is quite expensive.

Ear seeds have changed my life. I was sceptic at first, but it only took a few applications for me to start experiencing more calm, less nerves (as someone who gets VERY nervous) and more focus. So pleased I found them, can’t go without now!

My review isn’t about the quality of the products; they beautifully packaged and you can tell they are high-quality. My issue is that I find them extremely difficult to remove from the strip. They end up folding and getting crumpled, so much so that I wasted so many just on my first attempt. Using the tweezers provided I also found it very difficult to place the seeds in the correct position. Maybe it’s just me that struggles but I wanted to give an honest review because they are expensive and I don’t feel like I’ve had any benefit from them. Sorry!

They arrived quickly in beautiful packaging. Easy to follow instructions, with everything you need to get started. These were bought for my 14year old daughter recently diagnosed with FND and we are seeing a difference in her.
I would say the first week she was very emotional but since has found falling asleep easier, energy levels are more steady and generally calmer.

Purchased but haven't noticed any difference yet as only had on for 2 days

Still in the middle of using the ear seeds but so far I think theve helped me sleep better,,,

They come off no matter how much I clean my ears with alcohol wipe. I’ve nearly used a whole packet in one week! Too expensive for this to happen!

No difference noted as yet - perhaps early days hopefully - will continue to persevere!!
