Felt quite unwell took it out of my ear felt better afterwards

I've always wanted to try ear seeds but unsure, but after seeing so many amazing results on acu seeds by east healing I thought let's try them as i sleep dreadfully. so I put one on the master point and one on 1 of the sleep points and honestly hand in my heart the best sleep in the longest time I have recommend these to a number of my friends and definitely purchasing more when needed 😀

As a long sufferer of ME/CFS and having seen Dragon’s Den, I purchased the acu seeds and ring. After a few days of using found my fatigue didn’t improve but was still increasingly ‘wired’ which made rest or sleep impossible. Having stopped using them the wired feeling has gone. Sorry but for me using them made me worse, proceed with caution if you are hoping for ME/CFS improvement.

Haven’t noticed any difference so far. First lot I put on one fell off after the first day, same with the second lot. Will finish the pack that I have and hoping I will see some improvements as they are pretty expensive.

I’m so happy to find easthealing.
My condition has improved and I’m so glad with this.
Now I feel as though I’m alive not barely surviving.

Love the product and the thought of self help I still struggle applying the aqua seeds to my ear

I love the idea of these but found that I wasted a few as they stuck to themselves before I could place them properly which was a shame. My ‘inside’ ear seemed to be a bit smaller than the image shown and it’s really tricky to position them on yourself- I have one on now and it seems fine. 🤞 Also unsure of if I should place more than one?

Just navigating using theses, unfortunately wasted 3 due to using tweezers not correctly

The ear seed package is well made and extremely good quality. It arrived quickly too which was another positive.
The booklet that explains Ear Seeding a little more and the ear map made applying the ear seed easy. I have used mine for about 4 weeks and each one has stayed in place for the 5 days through swimming, showering, sleeping, exercising and the use of AirPods and then has been easy to remove.
I decided to use these to manage stress, anxiety and just a general feeling of unease and overwhelm - and they 100% work for me. I wanted something that I know will be helping me 24 hours per day that wasn't a pill or a potion and that I could also use as a way to centre myself when needed. I will definitely be buying these again and have recommended them to friends already.

Have been wearing for 25 days. No improvement in sleep at all yet

I’ve only been wearing the seeds for three weeks, so I haven’t yet experienced the true benefits, but one thing I would like changed about them is the packaging. I just feel it’s a real waste when you are placing a re-order that you get the tweezers and the really lovely looking packaging you need it for your first order but any subsequent I just feel it it’s a real waste when they just go in the bin. Perhaps you could look into this.

My third purchase of ear seeds.Not sure if they are still a placebo or it is working but they help with my sleep and anxiety re work

I found that they came unstuck a couple of times and one of the seeds dropped off too. Not noticing any change as yet in my anxiety which was why I bought them. I suffer from terrible health anxiety which has been really bad for the last six months. Hoping this helps. Only on week two.

Sorry but I can't say they helped at all and I found them awkward to use.

I have tried many things for my anxiety that have sort of had a little benefit but using these ACU seeds are a absolute blessing they have calmed me in a way I haven't felt in a very long time and my sleep has improved so much too. I would recommend these to anyone struggling with anything to try these out. I will be have put my next order in all ready and will be continuing to buy these. Delivery is super fast.
