Sorry but I can't say they helped at all and I found them awkward to use.

I have tried many things for my anxiety that have sort of had a little benefit but using these ACU seeds are a absolute blessing they have calmed me in a way I haven't felt in a very long time and my sleep has improved so much too. I would recommend these to anyone struggling with anything to try these out. I will be have put my next order in all ready and will be continuing to buy these. Delivery is super fast. Received item quickly and so far I’m impressed.

Received my order in terrible condition - tweezers were dirty and scratched - had definitely been used before. Everything in the box seemed to have been used, booklets bent too. Contacted customer service to explain and ask to return and they replied saying ok we'll send a new set of tweezers! I declined saying I'd prefer to return the whole parcel, considering the hygiene required when using a product like this. Was told fine, return at your own cost and use recorded delivery! Poor show when the item is faulty/dirty/not as you'd expect, and a receive a product in this state. Wish I'd read more reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned! Wouldn't recommend buying anything at all, if this is how they deal with faulty goods!

I kept seeing East Healing pop up as a suggested ad on Instagram. I usually swipe right past but I clicked on it as I’m a massive believer in natural healing & was at tipping point with stress and a few other things, I felt really interested to know more.
I love that the owner of East Healing has her own personal journey with seeding & thought I’d give it a try just based on that alone!
I’m two weeks in to ear seeding, so a feel as though I’m probably to much of a newbie to review, but I have this sense of calmness all of a sudden. I’m not sure if mentally I’m just more focused on massaging the seeds through stress and that takes my mind off it but I’ve noticed a little shift in my energy. My other half is now wearing them which is fun because we check in daily “have you checked your seeds today”😂
I really love the idea & I’m going to buy more, I think it feels very comforting having them and knowing I can practically stimulate my mind&body whenever I need. I feel more in touch with myself. I’ve been recommending to my clients to give them a try, such a beautiful new wellbeing staple to my week 🩷❤️

I'm on my third application of the ear seeds and I've genuinely not noticed any difference.

Before ordering I had personalised advice from the founder to direct me to the best set for my needs. My ear seeds and ring arrived so quickly after ordering. I actually could not believe the difference I felt the morning after I put them on. I felt lighter, more relaxed and more ready to tackle life in my luteal phase! My partner also noticed a huge difference which I wasn’t expecting at all. Thank you so much! For any sceptics out there, just give them a go you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant

I love ear seeding and love the option to make them look sparkly with the crystals, my only critics is that because I am naturally oily skinned, they don’t tend to last as long as they say

I find them very fiddly to apply to my ear, and I don’t think they work for me

Delivery was appalling. Had to chase numerous times to get the product. Blame was shifted to Royal Mail losing packages. Delivery was finally made when I pushed for a refund and informed them that I had raised the issue with my card provider.

I WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I’ve been using the gold Acuseeds for a while and they have been really good and are very good quality. I then tried the pearl ones, but the pearls didn’t seem to stay on which was very disappointing but as soon as I contacted the Customer service, they were extremely helpful and could not have done anymore to rectify the situation. -This is definitely a trustworthy company and I would not hesitate to recommend them going forward😊

I have only used these ear sears for 4 weeks and tried different positions each week. The positions for sleep definitely did work for me and I noticed effects on day 2-3. I also messaged as I had a couple of questions and I received a reply within an hour both times.
The seeds in general stayed on the whole 5 days Only lost a couple.
I would definitely recommend trying this holistic approach and I will be placing an additional order
