I have recently changed over from British Gas to EDF for my electricity. I had dealings with both Saina and Jennifer who were very helpful, and Saina managed to secure me a fantastic deal which will save me money each month. Thank you so much Saina and Jennifer for all your help and assistance as it is greatly appreciated.

Jennifer's voice was euphonious. She could have sold me anything. I could listen to her all day.
And my electricity deal was good also.

Jennifer looked after us very well and was confident that she could provide us with savings, given our unusual Charitable status.

We felt she would have been helped by having clearer messaging in emails relating to the business she was working for, as we nearly stopped the follow up becasue we were not sure of the organisation.
