Good quality goods with excellent customer service.
This is my second time of using Easy Bathrooms and it was just as good as the first time albeit a different branch. Their goods are excellent in quality and their customer service is also excellent. Their staff are helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms and have already done so.

Unacceptable - please be aware before purchasing
Choose our bathroom suite, paid the full amount at the time, but told them we didn’t need the suite for two weeks until our builders were due to start.
We get a phone call a few days before the suite is due to be delivered telling us that the shower, toilet and bath panel we chose are now out of stock😡. How can this be??? Terrible situation to find ourselves in 3 days before our builders are due to start. We then had no choice but to choose different items.
This is completely unacceptable Easy Bathrooms not a good experience for us, we were let down very badly.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Sales assistant helped with ordering my bathroom and ordered the incorrect size glass for the shower tray! Unfortunately due to building delays we didn’t notice the glass was the incorrect size also not being a bathroom fitter we didn’t know! So ringing customer service said they couldn’t do anything about it so ended up costing me £438 and offered me a 50% off but there was a 40% sale on ABSOLUTE JOKE PEOPLE CHECK WHAT YOU ORDER AS THESE SALES ASSISTANCE DONT HAVE A CLUE JUST IN FOR THE SALE AND TARGETS TO HIT they should be wearing a mask robbing buggers easy bathrooms. Now I hope you all have a pleasant day.

We are sorry to read of the dissapointment with the service received and that you incurred delays. We do ask for all measurements and products to be checked prior to installation to ensure no issues arise and fully opened glass will be refused due to health and safety.
To help with the complaint, customer services did offer a higher discount (higher than mentioned in your review) against a replacement to help in the situation.
We do not agree with the comments you have made and this is why our feedback team has attempted to call to discuss further, but an email has been sent to investigate further.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work and materials. The staff and fitters were very friendly and professional.

Callum from the Hemel Hempstead location has been very helpful, professional and accommodating. Renovating our bathroom is a significant investment and he has been able to explain it all, help with design and suggesting solutions. Prices are also not bad and the variety of products is good. Though I wish you had more sink options.
