The worst company I've ever dealt with. Local team seemed nice (Oxford) until there was an issue. Then it was dealt with in a cloak and dagger fashion. No responsibility taken when clearly the managers fault. Head office never called back when I raised issue with them. Just plain awful. Really regret using them.

Choosing a new bathroom can be a headache especially when there is so much choice around but with the help of the wonderful team in Oxford, we managed to get things together!
Nothing was too much for John, William and Ben who were so patient and advised us so well without being pushy.
Thank for our very positive experience.

We couldn't have completed our major renovation work of three bathroom/shower rooms plus two toilets without the professional advice from the Easy Bathrooms team. The entire planning process was made easy by the friendly and experienced Oxford team from the initial measuring stage to the final fitting suggestions. They had patiently answered all my questions. Thank you William, John and Ben, you really are the bathroom experts!

Very helpful staff in Oxford store. Toilet and vanity unit for a small cloakroom were of good quality. 2 cupboards for separate bathrooms were easy to fit and also of good quality.

We have a small bathroom (less than 2m square) and decided to go for Easy Bathrooms after visiting the Oxford branch and speaking to William, the manager. The choice of furniture, fittings, flooring and tiles was great, and to be able to see and feel the components was really helpful.
William was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient as we worked through ideas for our compact bathroom. His ideas were impressive and nothing was too much trouble. We had some issues with supply and delivery of the correct number of waterproof panels we had chosen, as they had been discontinued from the time of ordering to the time of delivery, and also, the fitters had subsequently requested more panels than had been initially ordered, which didn't make it through to the final order. William responded brilliantly and sourced us new panels, and with the help of the installation team, they were delivered promptly.
The fitters were hard-working,efficient, polite and have done a good job, although we are waiting for them to return to fix a few snags - update to follow in a separate review.
To conclude: William the showroom manager is an ambassador for the company and cannot be faulted in anyway, he make us feel valued and was determined to see the issues we encountered were resolved to our satisfaction. Bradley in the Installation team was also super helpful and helped to ensure the delivery of the missing panels was resolved promptly.
Where we encountered issues, the Easy Bathrooms teams have worked hard to successfully resolve them, and this is refreshing pleasant surprise in a national company

I had a wonderful experience at Easy Bathrooms Oxford a few months ago. William was amazing throughout, he answered all my questions thoroughly and delivered great customer service throughout. He even called a few months after to see how things were doing. 10/10 service, I highly recommend dealing with William.

From start to finish Ben at Oxford showroom was incredibly helpful and professional. Choosing a bathroom was stress free and exciting. They have such a fabulous showroom to look around and the offer of a free coffee as well.

I will be back in the New Year to plan the cloakroom

Excellent experience ordering our bathroom, with helpful advice from William. One item was out of stock but he managed to resolve it and found me the missing item.

William made my experience great.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with putting order in the car. Didn’t mind us having display toilet and went out of his way to find correct box and repackage it for us.

John looked after us from early design stages through to putting our order together and arranging delivery. Really great selection of products and the service from the staff is fantastic. Not only do they do a good job of selling but the after sales care was great. Resolved any issues with the odd damaged product delivered

Initially helpful but didn’t keep me updated about orders and then sent the wrong part for my toilet several times leading to delays in my bathroom refurbishment. At no point did I receive an apology either. Would not recommend.

We bought all the items needed to update our bathroom from the Oxford showroom, they were friendly and helpful. Once installation had started they worked hard and quickly to resolve a couple of issues, and installation finished on time. Then the WC leaked. Our plumber came back twice but couldn't sort it, blaming the product. We talked extensively with William, the manager. He remained helpful throughout trying to establish product fault or workmanship, and was instrumental in finding a satisfactory solution. All good now and he didn't abandon us - thanks again!

Very helpful and informative team in the Oxford showroom with a good range of bathrooms and tiles

Our review is 2-fold. The 5 stars are for the help we received at the store. William was extremely helpful and knowledgeable so able to give good much needed advice, especially with design.

We offer 2 stars for delivery as it delayed the completion of our bathroom. Our builders had to work elsewhere until we received our deliveries. First a delivery was suddenly cancelled. Then items were missing off the next delivery. We also had a chipped washbasin which had to be changed.
You have to do something about your delivery system. Items must arrive when expected.
