Do not buy from these jokers. Parcel was due in the birthday but got delayed with zero communication. Ruined the birthday. 😡

Take your money elsewhere.

I feel like for the money I spent I was expecting something a little better. I qas really excited for this to arrive. Opened it and felt disappointed.

Where do I start with these dullards .......firstly, they purport to be a UK based company, they are not.

Secondly, when their preferred delivery agents (FedEx in this case) send an illiterate and / or lazy moron to deliver my parcel, they dump it lord knows where with zero proof of delivery which in fact contains false information i.e. the name of the person receiving.... unless there happens to be another person with my exact name living in the same postcode area - unfuckinglikely.

Lastly, when submitting a 'missing parcel' report, all I received (and several days later) was a message written by a dullard claiming their FedEx info confirms the parcel was delivered - enter the merrygoround !!

Avoid and save your sanity...

PS - I donlt know if they read and respond to these reviews and franky I care less, whatever platitudes they may add underneath will be way too little too late and probably entirely meaningless.....seems to be a sign of the times.

On the plus side they kindly pointed out that there was a duplicate image in a collage that I was creating, however the quality of the poster frame is unbelievably poor. Its made of flimsy, low grade wood and definitely not worth £33 that I paid. I could get far better in a well-known Swedish home store for a fraction of the price. So disappointed ☹️

Really impressed with this company. Not only am I satisfied with the finished product and speed of turn around but also their customer service. They realised, the day before it was meant to arrive, that I had failed to change the default title. Once updated, I still received my order the next day.

Beautiful job on my huge collage 100 x 80 for my sister who passed away. Came in a few days and beautiful quality. Went for aluminium backing which can be hung up with no need of a frame.

They made a fantastic job of my 70cm by 70cm glass acrylic work. Straightforward and to the point with good shipping and immaculate quality.

I’ve used this company a few times and I’ve always been really impressed. It is a time commitment to get it right before you submit your order. You have to spend time and care using the online template to make sure it’s exactly how you want it, that the pictures are positioned right and then double and triple checking it all (especially if you are doing large collages like I normally do). I really like the acrylic glass option. I personally couldn’t fault the quality of what I’ve received and the responsiveness of customer services. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I received a photo collage of my grandchildren, I was very disappointed!
Many of the photos had the subjects part head cut off. After complaining and wanting to return the collage I was told it was as good as my own fault.
If I would like to try again they would give me a discount voucher.The one star was for replying to my email.

Despite not actually getting anything printed by this company because of time restraints ( we needed some photo collages of my mother who recently passed away) and delivery issues they were so incredibly helpful and it is so appreciated. They offered to send us the pdfs of the artwork so we could find somewhere more local and refund the balance of the order. Absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend them for their customer service - really quick responses to emails. Thanks

I paid £250 for a collage for my mums 60th birthday. The collage was shipped, only to be returned back to Easy Collage because they did not give the address properly to the shipping company. They have received the collage back but have yet to contact me to rectify this. I also cannot get in touch with them as they have ignored my multiple emails and messages. They also provide no phone number. My mum's birthday is this weekend and I have no present for her and am £250 out of pocket. Awful company, do not use them.

I ordered a collage in March and I was so impressed with the outcome. It was for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The staff were so helpful with achieving the best resolution and clarity for the photos (I’m not very techy) and helped me thoroughout the whole process. Received the collage really quickly (even though shipped from abroad). Would definitely use again. Many thanks guys! Nige and Julie, Manchester

I ordered a 60x80 photo collage on Tuesday and it arrived today. It’s easy to add your photos to the templates online and you can also check if photos will be good or bad print quality. Didn’t see many UK reviews but thought I’d give them a try. Delivered quickly and the print quality of all the 20 photos in the collage were amazing. Would definitely recommend

I have recently used this site to self produce a collage for my fathers funeral. It couldn't of been simpler.
Just make sure all pictures are already scanned and saved aswell as worded memorials.
I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time so added a note on ordering.

It couldn't of arrived quicker, it took 2 days to get to us and i am so impressed and pleased with the quality, service and delivery. The email communication was fantastic.

Thank you Easy Collage for making a difficult time a lot easier.
