I feel duped
I feel duped. I did NOT sign up for emails from this company, and ended up paying £37 for a very cimple companies house filing, that should be £19.

I am very sorry that you feel you were duped, transparency of pricing and products is very important to us, you only pay when you need to file and can try our online software up to that point, if you have any questions we have highly responsive online support available for any queries.
Unfortunately I can't find your account to understand what happened as I have insufficient information as your TP review is not verified. Also as none of our products are either £37 or £19, it is difficult to work out which service you used. If you could either logon to your easy digital filing account and chat to us or email us at support@easydigitalfiling.com our team will be more than happy to review your account and see which service you purchased compared to which one you needed and offer a full refund if required.
Our online support team are available from 8.30 -5.30 Monday to Friday and offer professional and friendly guidance on any issues you may have with your returns and will ensure that you purchase the correct product for your requirements.

I had some difficulties due to a date entry error, however the online chat support team responded within a minute and were able to rectify the problem for me as well as help me through my first filings with hmrc and companies house.

Id been tearing hair out, trying to figure out how to follow hmrc online corp tax forms for our tiny CIC, googling frantically for help, when i came across your website. Amazing software and support A*****
I am financially reasonably savvy, but I have never had to file accounts with HMRC in IXBRL format; their solution made it easy. I also had some questions that a bookkeeper or accountant would know, but they explained them to me, and I could then amend the accounts before submitting them. Their software and support are off-the-chart good!!!

I’ve been with Easy Digital filings for 3 yrs always select managed filings, all representatives have been effective professionals that go the extra mile, this year we were helped by Abira. I was a little bemused by your 1 star review as you have successfully filed using or online Corporation Tax system for the last 4 years, including this one, and have also previously provided a glowing 5 star review. To make sure everything was correct, I had one of our accountants check over the calculations and can confirm that everything has been correctly calculated and reported.
To explain, if your company’s expenses are more than your company’s income then you will make a loss. If your company is in profit and you have losses from a previous period, you can move them into the period you are reporting on and use them to reduce your taxable profit. If you are in anyway unsure on the process, our responsive support team are always more than happy to help and review your filings if you are at all confused, you can use our inline chat, phone or email, we are more than happy to help.
If you have made a mistake in your filings or wish our staff to review them for you, please log back into your account and contact us via our online chat. If you need to re-file your submissions after this review, this is already included in the cost of your filings you have paid for. I would really appreciate to hear from you so we can fully understand your feedback.
