A good filing service, good value
A good filing service for those who prepare figures, eg on a spreadsheet. It isn’t a full accounting system, it produces statutory accounting, CT return and computation. Good value for money.

You can use our templates to file your HMRC and Companies House returns however you keep your records, whether it is by spreadsheet, book-keeping software or even good old paper and pen! Very simple to use .Everything is clear and well organized.A great point is you can fill everything in first before you buy the product so you can see exactly what you are paying for.The helpdesk is also amazing, answering any question almost instantly,incredibly helpful.

Awesome product
Awesome product, once the support team guided on us fixing data inconsistencies, paid the fee and posted without any issue. Yes you have to navigate the return fields on-line and align with previous year if you have not used the product before but the support team is what makes this perfect and great value.

The software didnt quite meet up to…
The software didnt quite meet up to what we were informed and as a result we have ended up paying a late filling penalty of £375.00 we are apparently what is termed a micro community interest company and certain types of web filing were not permitted. I have no doubt used by the correct type of company it would work well, but for us this has proved expensive

Hi Brian – We are sorry to hear you have been charged a late filing fee. As a CIC (Community Interest Company), Companies House mandates annual accounts and reports to be submitted via post. Our records show that our support team went over and above; advising you of the process, supplying various resources to help you with your filings, and providing the correct Companies House address for post-delivery. You also successfully filed to HMRC through our software. Our dedicated support team is always ready to assist, and we would be happy to provide you with continued support next year.
Customer support is fantastic
Customer support is fantastic. Real-time chat support, and they seems to know the product inside out, helping me file our CT600 amendment and CT600L for our R&D tax refund.

My accountant filed with companies…
My accountant filed with companies house but did not file with HMRC which generated a 100-pound penalty charge. Registered with Easy Digital where I used their template to file ct600 and ixbrl, had no idea what I was doing, but they supported me throughout the process even though the sub I paid for covered only the use of their template. They helped me step by step, as I struggled and was frustrated as figures were not adding up, they guided me and were quick to respond to the chat, till we finally got the accounts sorted and had it submitted. Will be using their advanced services, defo not doing that again. Will recommend this company, their support was amazing. Thank you so much, I can sleep well tonight.
