I’m very disappointed with this flower delivery service. My friend ordered a large and expensive arrangement for me, but the flowers that arrived were clearly past their prime. The roses were already brownish on arrival and completely died the next day. Within three days, the rest of the arrangement looked just as bad.
I reached out to the company to let them know about the issue, expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead of addressing my concern directly, they contacted the sender and asked him to provide proof. This put my friend in an uncomfortable and embarrassing position, which is completely unacceptable for a gift service.
For the price paid, the quality and customer service fell far below expectations. A company handling special occasions should take responsibility and communicate respectfully with the recipient. I would not recommend this service.

I did not see the flowers but a disabled friend in Orange was so cheered by the beautiful blooms for her Birthday. I ordered the arrangement from the illustration on your advertisement. Heather said they arrived promptly and were delivered by a pleasant person.

Flowers were not delivered as the88y stated they would be. In addition, they were quick to grab the money out of my account, but continue to say it is my bank that is not allowing the refund to be put back in. (My bank of course is telling me it is them). My person never got the flowers, and I have never got my money back. I spent over $200 AUD and should not have to fight this hard for a refund on a flower order that they did not complete in time.

This is the reply I got: The offer $40 is a total waste. Who would use this service again!!. Flowers didn't last few hours - the leafs were falling off and we did send the pictures. In this case you can’t tell the receiving person to fix the issue. It reflects bad on the person sending the flowers. A bad presentation could ruin a relationship. This company doesn’t understand this core concept of their business.
I did give them a chance to resolve the issue - please see their resolution and make your own judgement.

I can see from the photos you have sent through that the orchids are a little droopy, however the quality is still quite fresh. A way to help the petals drooping is by lightly misting the flower as orchids drink though their petals.

I ordered a bouquet from this online company on Sat 14th Feb for delivery to a suburb in Melbourne. As it was Valentines Day I was told the arrangement could not be sent till Monday.
Mid morning I received an email to say some flowers were unavailable, so substitutions would be made for similar size, colour & value.
Later in the afternoon, when my relative advised me she had received them, I asked her to send me a photo.
It was nothing like I had ordered. The arrangement was meant to be round in shape, a mix of light & dark pink, apricot & pale cream/yellow roses, a few pink lisianthus, a few snapdragons & a few white lillies, plus a little greenery at the edges.
What she received was several sprays of white lillies, white lisianthus, several mini pink withered roses, 5 tiny yellow roses & 1 cream rose & 1 mauve rose. They appeared to be just thrown together also with greenery sticking out everywhere.
I paid $129 for this monstrosity, plus delivery & card fees.
DO NOT USE THIS LOUSY BUSINESS. THEY CARE NOTHING FOR WHAT THEY SEND & HAD THE AUDACITY TO JUSTIFY THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT !!

I placed an order from the UK for flowers to be delivered to my daughter in Oz for Valentines. They arrived same day the 13th Feb and within a few hours of me placing the order. The flower display looked fantastic, thank you 😊 ❤️🌹

(RAXBC) The bouquet received looks wilted and does not match the advertised "Celine" arrangement. Key flowers such as the large lilies and Daisy's are missing, I could point out near 4 types of flowers missing, and the bouquet does not reflect the $60 Go Large upgrade we paid for, unless you wanna count the leaves all over the place, couldn’t even remember a bow around it. I wouldn’t even believe they are the same bouquet in general.
Additionally, the medium teddy and chocolates were not delivered at all, waited around all day for it to be delivered right at the end of the day and not even the whole order.
This order does not meet your 100% Happiness Guarantee or what was paid for.
