Had 4 frames made to order
Had 4 large frames made to order for some artwork, was great to be able to get frames made at a reasonable cost. They arrived very quickly and I was pleased they use UV filtering acrylic. I would recommend them.

Great frame
Great frame , looks good for the price… stupidly I rushed my order and bought a mount separately not realizing it came with the frame. This would have made this even better value. I will definitely use Easyframe again

Quality issues and poor attention to detail – even gave them two chances!
Placed two orders over two years with EasyFrame, and both times, I received frames with significant quality issues. First order had poorly finished corners; second order came with an unsightly gouge (albeit natural) on the frame. It's clear that there's little to no quality control before frames are sent out. Especially with custom-made frames, I expect much higher standards – so with a 2/2 failure rate, I won't be giving them a third chance.

Great experience
I hadn’t used EasyFrame before, and am so impressed by the floating frame they delivered to me today. The fit is perfect and the bag of fittings and hardware is much appreciated. Will definitely return for more frames in the future.

Wow! Great communication, easy to follow instructions, incredibly quick turnaround time, especially for custom measurements. Great delivery too, received a week to the day after ordering. I received exactly what I hoped for too, fantastic quality and fair pricing. I will definitely use again and highly recommend. If I could see how to add a photo I would.

Excellent service to resolve a slight hiccup
Delighted with the frames we ordered. There was a slight hiccup in that one of the frames wasn't included in the shipment, but a quick call to EasyFrame and they sent the final frame immediately - excellent service!

Great service and quality as always
This is my second order from EasyFrame and once again the service was impeccable and the delivery very quick. I ordered on Saturday night and it was delivered on Tuesday.
The quality of the items are top notch and my artwork has never looked better.

I have advised if we have made a mistake we will absolutely put it right. However, it is very unlikely we have made a mistake due to the automated systems and checks we have in place to prevent these errors.
I have tried to get confirmation of the reported error by asking for photos of the mount size. Unfortunately you have been unable to supply any evidence other than the size of a print detailed on an artist's website. The print size on any suppliers website should never be relied on as they are often incorrect.
You have also requested a replacement to a different specification from the original - 5mm wider. This indicates the original sizes ordered were incorrect.
Based on the lack of evidence of any error and a replacement in an updated specification, there would be a charge for us to supply a replacement in an updated specification.
I have offered to supply a replacement mount to your updated specification, discounted by 55% as a gesture of goodwill but this offer doesn't appear to have been accepted.
In addition, I will be more than happy to supply a replacement to the original specification ordered if you can send through photos as requested to confirm the error.
UPDATE. I opted to send a replacement mount to the original specification ordered to ensure no mistake had been made by us. The replacement was triple checked by multiple people to ensure it was correct. Unfortunately the replacement also didn't fit the customers artwork, confirming it had been supplied correctly in the first instance and the error was due to the sizes entered by the customer. Due to time restraints, the customer opted to purchase a replacement mount locally.

Having never considered ordering a frame on the internet I am extremely happy with the service I have received.
It’s a perfect fit and great quality.
My picture looks fabulous.
I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends. Plenty of choice and easy to order. Delivery was with DHL so on time and plenty of notice of an hours delivery slot.
Overall very impressed.

Buy from this company at your peril! Do not make the same very expensive mistake I did. I would strongly advise you not to but anything from them. The only easy thing about them is how quickly and easily they reject every customer complaint. Leaving you with a very expensive and bitter pill to have to swallow. Caveat Emptor
