Fantastic service

I ordered the skinny black metal frames…
I ordered the skinny black metal frames which were not quick to arrive it has to be said. You have to unscrew the frame to insert your picture and also the 'hooks' for hanging that slide into the frame. The whole process was very time consuming and fiddly and some of the joins show as there are gaps. I thought they were very expensive for what they are - especially considering its a DIY job. No, I wouldn't buy again.

I have checked the timing of your order and can confirm that it was placed on the evening of Friday, September 12. During the order process, our website indicated that the order would be dispatched on or before Wednesday, September 17, which aligns with our guarantee of 1-3 working days for manufacturing and dispatch. Your order was dispatched on schedule, and delivery was completed on Thursday, September 18.
Unlike wooden frames, which have corners permanently joined with wedges and glue, aluminum frames are connected with removable corner brackets that need to be disassembled to fit the artwork. If you are unfamiliar with this type of frame, it may require a bit of extra effort to align the corners properly. We have demonstration videos on our website that guide you through the fitting process and show how to secure the hanging fixtures in place. You can find links to these videos in your confirmation emails. However, please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you need any further assistance.

Amazingly easy to order - Easyframe’s website allows you to upload a photo of your painting to see how it will look in a frame. The frames are made to very precise measurements. There are videos to explain how, for example, to attach a frame to a canvas stretcher frame. Super fast delivery and very secure packaging. Huge choice of frames. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Good quality
Good quality, affordable and prompt delivery. Measuring for mount a bit fiddly as automatically adds mm to ensure overlap of picture and I didn't want pic in exact middle of frame. Would prefer exact measurement, but apart from that all good.

Brilliant frames and service
I have been using Easyframe for a number of years now. I regularly buy the canvas floating frames in various colours. They are fab quality, lovely range of colours and a great price. Always accurately cut to size and fast shipment. I can't recommend this company enough.

I wish I'd discovered easyframe before as it made the process of buying a custom frame so much less daunting than I expected. I was amazed by the amount of choice with frames and mounts, and it was good to visualise the custom mounts and frames, too.
I didn't need anything too fancy, but it gave me confidence to buy two non-standard sized prints which are now mounted and framed with a splash of colour. And I was pleasantly surprised with the price, service, packaging and delivery

Spoke to Kerry who was very helpful. Explained how to complete my order which was for 4 very large floating frames. 100cm x 100cm . The quote was very reasonable and I received my order in less than a week. All 4 frames are perfect and delivered by a very nice chap from DLR. now checked my frames they all fit and they look fantastic! Purchase elsewhere, don't waste money
I would highly recommend purchasing elsewhere. Product is not worth the money. It comes with perspex and not glass. The perspex is also scratched (no protective layer on the perspex). They also staple the perspex in place, leaving very little functionality. Overall definitely not worth the money. I'd highly recommend shopping around.

The box frame was purchased with Clear Acrylic Glazing detailed as the glazing option. During installation, the protective film must be removed from the glazing, as it cannot be removed once the frame spacers are glued in place. However, it is certainly not acceptable for the glazing to be delivered with scratches.
Regrettably, we have not received any prior communication from you regarding the scratched acrylic, which has prevented us from addressing the matter. Should you wish to contact us directly via email, we would be more than willing to discuss how we might resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
Quick, reliable, good quality.
I’ve been using Easyframe for about 6 years and they offer a reliable and quick service. The materials seem good quality and the frames last a good while without sagging or warping. I enjoy the process of ordering too, especially being able to upload a photo of the piece so I can see a mock-up of how it will look when it’s all put together.
