I ordered a few things from Easylife and I never received anything nor was my money refunded

I ordered 2 tops in August, here it is October, and still haven’t received them. Reached out to them several times and all they say is it has been delivered and to check with family or neighbors to see if it was left with them. No one in my area had the package. So with that being said I wouldn’t give you a good review at all. I honestly believe they are scamming people and please be aware of this.

This company is a total scam!! Unfortunately I placed two orders with this company (I made a second order before I realized the first wouldn’t be delivered). On exactly the thirtieth day, tracking for both orders said they had been delivered but I definitely didn’t receive either order. On complaining to the company, I received the same generic response that they would check with the local postal company. That was a month ago and I have heard nothing further. My request for a refund was also ignored.
The lesson is don’t use a company that doesn’t offer PayPal.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

ABSOLUTE THIEVING SCAMMERS

I ordered a bra from this company online. It was $25.00 +tax. I seen my charge and it was $38.99. And I never received my order. But i dont know how to get in touch with anyone from that company, easylifexo.com. rip off.

Ordered clothes from this company because they were cheap. They sent a tracking number once the order was shipped. After checking for 25 days the tracking went from customs to delivered but I never received the package. They did resend and again the package went from customs to delivered and still no package. I know now why they don't use PayPal. Do not recommend this company.

If I could put zero stars I would have.
I order late summer and as of today 9/29 I still don’t have my order.
BUYER BEWARE!! They are terrible about replying and when they do they ask for me to wait it is on its way. They give me a date, that date comes and goes, still nothing!! Know they say they are reaching out to the local post office to see where the package is.
They haven’t refunded my $$ either, believe me I’ve asked!!

You could send the clothing i ordered about 6 weeks ago

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, THEY DON'T REPLY TO MY REQUEST FOR A REIMBURSEMENT.

Placed my order on 08/05/2026 and still haven’t received it. It is now 09/23/2023. They told me it was delivered. I said I want actual proof as I am disabled and am home all the time plus I have cameras so I know for a fact it was never delivered. I told them I want a total refund. I haven’t heard a word from them since.

I ordered on July 4, 2026. and still haven’t received my order as of September 22, 2026. I have emailed them every couple of weeks and get told order on its way, be patient. First package they said got lost in transit and they sent second package supposedly but I don’t have it either. I have been patient enough. Give me my refund!

It is 52 days since I placed my order and every inquiry is preface with “ please be patient”. The tracking number was often shown as unknown and I have now been told it has been delivered! The last time I managed to track it, it appeared to be on its way back to China!! Total scammers, do not use them!!

Careful people. Same co. Just under a different new name. Their products are not quilted! Scammers. Don't fall victim.
